This is terrible business! I placed an order on June 8th and have yet to receive the item I ordered or any notifications regarding shipping and it is July 19th!! You are scam artist and you’re pathetic! You don’t even deserve 1 Star!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT They printed a shipping label and I waited 2 1/2 weeks with no communication package never left their warehouse! Run as fast as you can!!!

This company is a scam. I ordered an AirTrack and a shipping label was created April 5 due to deliver April 13, I could see from tracking it did not leave the warehouse. At this point more than 2 dozen emails and repeated promise to send the merchandise I paid $699 to no a avail. Each correspondences promises to ship that day, tracking still shows no movement. Stay clear of this scam company.

Never received my item from this company. This company is a third seller that Walmart uses online. I was able to dispute the charge from my credit card company. HOWEVER, Walmart will NOT help you out. The customer service claims that since Luck Global Shop is a third seller that all customer will have to go through the Walmart Resolution Center. The Walmart rep claims that they will get a hold of me within 48 hours. It was has been 2 weeks, and nothing. I also attempted to get in contact with this terrible company to no avail.

Didn’t receive full order! It says received 2 out of 3! Only received 1! Emailed them 2x it’s been over 2 weeks since I reached out and over a month since my order! No product for my money! I can’t afford to just give money away! Had no idea when I ordered this was 3rd party and would be a farce!

HORRIBLE! Shipped my order to the wrong address. Keep getting messages that they will resend. They have not! Would like my money back. Walmart need to do a better job vetting these marketplace sellers.

Contact your credit card company with your issue, they will assist. These third party China products are becoming a problem & some do not refund in full of at all which is why credit companies are very cooperative, they are aware!

I ordered a men's night shirt on January 23, 2020, order #2942058-737154. USPS Tracking #9400110200830445658862 show the order was shipped on January 24, 2020. As of today (February 26) almost 32 days later, the order is still in TRANSIT with NO explanation for the delay. I CANNOT reach anyone at LUCK SHOP CORPORATION or WALMART. I have emailed them several times with NO reply. I submitted a request for a RETURN-REFUND three weeks ago. Their website indicates the return-refund was processed and is now complete. I have received NO REFUND, NO PACKAGE, NOTHING!!! It seems like they are letting the website system do everything and there is NO LIVE person anywhere to intervene when things go wrong.

I bout a toy for my son Christmas. The only thing he wanted!!! I paid for it 2 weeks before Christmas. It is day after Christmas and still not here. They said it would be Christmas eve. Will never by from them again.

Scam! Stole my money. My item has been in transit since December 14, it is now December 30th. Tried to contact and have gotten nowhere. Guess I’m out the $40 I spent! Ridiculous!

I do not even think you deserve a 1. You are worthless. I order an item from lucky global for Christmas it came broken. And still to this date I am fighting with them to replace it and it has not happen. All they do is email over and over again. Lucky Global is not a place you want order from. Because what you get working or not is what you get. Good luck to others that order from them. I know I will never ever order anything from them again. They really do not know a thing about customer service.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I ordered a small in home exercise bicycle that I can use for both feet and arms. I never got it but I did get a dishrack that I will never use.

Zero stars. Order never received. Refund refused. Reviews demonstrate the company to be fraudlent. Tracing shows it is not an American company; only a USA branch or address.

do not use this company as they do not answer phones or emails. package was lost by USPS and i am still fighting for a refund. read other reviews before ordering as i did not do this, had i i wouldnt have used them.
