ordered some stuff through them ( lsd direct usa ) and the sizes on several items are incorrect . I got 2 posters batman the joker bats which is a poster drawn for scott Snyder's batman run . the sizing online says 24x36 inches and it is def not . I also ordered 2 frames which are garbage for $ 25 . def dave your money and get better quality stuff and make sure the sizes are accurate .

I received an item damage. I sent 2 e mails to the owner and the answer has been none. Why the don't have or show a physical address to return like a normal legal company?

Horrible to work with. They have a “bottle NCAA koozie set of 2 that I ordered. They sent NCAA can koozie. Therefore I wanted to return them. Rudeness is extreme from the customer service rep named Robert Weisberg stating that I got what I ordered - that I reviewed it and accepted and ordered. I sent the picture from the website of the “bottle koozie” and a picture of what I received “can koozie” and requested an apology. He basically said none was needed I should just return the merchandise.

Ordered item that was listed as Men's Small, Item arrived within shipping time frame, Shirt was a Childs Small and the price tag said $9.99. I paid $12.99. Contacted Company for return and shared my Grievance about the transaction including the price hike and that I did not feel that I should have to pay to send them the item back because it was misrepresented in the advertisement of the item. I received a very rude email clearly showing that this Company has ZERO Customer Service skills and they are beyond just Rude. I called them out and not as nicely the second time and They continue to be Unprofessional and Rude. I returned the item, and was eventually refunded. I have reported them to the BBB and I will be following up with Walmart.com about this communication method that I have received from this seller. I will also be reporting them their Business Practice to the Ripoff Report. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!! Unfortunately I couldn't give a corner of a star for a rating so they lucked out with 1 Star. I still cannot believe the nerve this compant has when communicating with Consumers, No wonder their Ranking is terrible.. I wonder Why? ( cough cough)

First displeased with service from this company. Still waiting for merchandise I ordered weeks ago. Just so I can return it and never order again. So unprofessional that the tracking doesn't even update or have a delivery date
