Fraudsters and sell fake watches, be aware and don’t purchase from them , I got one tag Heuer formula worth of 1000 usd and it ended up for me to figure out that it’s fake one

Glad i read these reviews before I ordered. I cant believe walmart lets such blatant robbers on their sellers site.

They sent my watch to a completely different state. When trying to get a refund Walmart gave me a hard time and wanted me to send them the watch! I was like how it didn’t even get sent to my shipping address! I’m beyond annoyed and it sounds like Walmart has a huge issue with this seller they should fix. I am telling everyone I know not to shop at Walmart anymore because of the awful experience I had.

Loyallux is trying to sell my stolen Omega watch, and refuses to return my phone calls. The serial number is on the ad, and the identifying scratches are unmistakable. I want that watch back, I know who stole it, and I'll wager that she's the consignor.

i called .it went to goggle voice mail. what in earth you will see the company use google voice mail .i bet their office is in china

Beware!!!! these items are fake! and when you try to return it. They do not refund your account.. I would not purchase anything from this site!

This company is definitely a scam! I ordered a watch from Walmart on June 22nd, 2020 the provider is Loyallux. I’d also ordered another item which was fulfilled on June26th, 2020. I received an email saying my watch would be delivered by July 1st,2020. I’ve never received the watch and I contacted Walmart, then Loyallux sent me an email saying they’d look into it! I’ve never heard back from them so I contacted Walmart 3 more times and each time I’m told someone would contact me within 48 hrs! No one has contacted me from Walmart or Loyallux again! Here’s the funny thing, on my online Walmart account it’s showing the watch was delivered on June 11th, but the tracking # is fake and can’t be tracked! How on earth could you receive an item before you ordered it? I am going to contact Walmart Corporate and see if I can get an answer! Also I’m going to file a complaint with PayPal . I wished I’d seen these reviews before I spent hard earned money on a product I haven’t received and apparently this has been a common issue with Loyallux supplier! Walmart should stand behind their customers and this Loyallux supplier should be removed from selling items through Walmart! I’ve never had an issue with Walmart before and I’m thoroughly disgusted with this experience and run around with no solution!

I ordered a Seiko on 8/7/20 and delivery was said to be by 8/18. Tracking says it is in LA Cal on that date. Waiting to see if it does arrive at my home. I will not use Walmart on line again. First and last time.

Scam, scam, scam!!!

I think we should be able to hold Walmart accountable. They should do research on companies they allow to sell on their marketplace. Even Amazon stands behind their sellers.

I was about to order a ladies Bulova diamond watch through Walmart and then I noticed this company supplies the watch. Upon closer inspection of the photo, I noticed it is missing the second hand! Wait a minute?! This would be a knock-off fake! No way am I ordering. Close call for me.

I ordered a Gucci watch. It never arrived. I called the post office and they said they had never received the package. I contacted Loyallux, and they claimed my watch was lost in transit and they would check with the shipping department and get back to me. They never did. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered the watch.

Do not buy from Loyallux. i bought 2 Tag watches to arrive in time for graduation. 1 came. the only response i got about the other watch was we will look in to it. The first watch had a warranty on it already a number of years old suggesting it was pre-owned. So i bought 2 watches from a local jeweller and am still trying to get my money back almost 1 month later. The seller continued to say we will look in to it and then just stopped responding

This seller will ship your item to some bogus address which is not even in your city and provide you with a tracking number show delivered. They can not be contacted for questions about your shipment!!

I ordered a ladies Seiko solar watch. It has never worked will not hold a charge I think this is a sham company.

Would give negative stars if possible. Literally the worst company ever. Purchased watch prior to reading these reviews. HUGE mistake. Walmart said delivery would be 3 days later...that's fine. The item didn't even ship for 3 days. Then it sat in the USPS system for another 5 days before getting scanned in...HALFWAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY. It has now been sitting there for another week. Been on hold with Walmart for over 3 hours. Their support said they can't do anything, the package isn't lost because it is not marked as delivered. Finally, they won't process a cancellation and I can't do a return until the item shows up. See the little scam they have going? It's not just Loyallux...it's Walmart. NEVER, NEVER, EVER buy anything from Walmart. Whether you save a couple bucks or spend a coupele bucks extra, ALWAYS use Amazon. ALL-WAYS. I need to go now and sit on hold with my credit card company to get this charge removed from my credit card.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. I ordered a Michael Kor watch that was supposed to be delivered January 6 and have not received my product yet. I have called and Walmart has called several times to attempt to get someone and they still have not responded. STAY AWAY from Loyallux.

BEWARE I left messages to return a Tag watch$$ 700.00. No response. Email on this website will not go through. No return address I ordered through wal mart marketplace 30 day return but to where??? 5 hour wait on phone call to wal mart. 8 hour on chat email-no response. Wal Mart manager said they cannot do anything it is a 3 rd party marketplace sell. On this website it says returnable to store?? No return address , No return phone calls, Wal Mart will not let you return- not responsible. Basically you are stuck with the product. I have learned a big lesson about ordering on line at the marketplace on Wal Mart .com to these private sellers. Buyer beware.

If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a new watch. I received a used watch which they tried to pass off as new. NEVER AGAIN! I bought it through WalMart. Buyer beware and stay away.

THIS COMPANY IS 100000% COMPLETE B.S. AND ALL OF THE WATCHES THEY SELL ARE FAKE. ALL OF THE TAG WATCHES ARE FAKE(I know from experience) and just about everything else is fake. They steal thousands from consumers every single day. It will keep going on until we stand up and make it stop. WALMART WILL NOT HELP and continue to profit from these POS sneaky shady f*cks. IM GOING TO FIND THE ADDRESS FOR THE COMPANY, THE OWNERS, THE EMPLOYEES, their home and cell phone numbers, their warehouse, etc..... AND IM GOING TO MAKE SURE THEY ALL UNDERSTAND WHAT THE WORD CONSEQUENCE MEANS. I WILL THEN POST IT ALL UP PUBLICLY AND I HOPE THAT OTHERS WILL HELP MAKE THEIR LIVES MISERABLE AND PLAY SOME ROLE, little or big.....until we get back whats been stolen from us. SCAM! I would give 0 stars if possible. LOYALLUX printed a packing label, then pretended that the courier lost it - they never even delivered it to USPS. After a month of waiting, I noticed their "business" is a random location in Brooklyn (I live in BK btw) and the contact is a Google #. Reviews outside of the Walmart website show that LOYALLUX either never delivers or sends fake merchandise. Save your time and energy. Walmart do better.

DO NOT buy from Loyallux. They are dishonest and liars. I bought a watch from them on December 2021 via Walmart.com. I was supposed to receive my watch within a few days. By mid January 2022 I still never received my watch and contacted both Loyallux and Walmart with my problem. I was never contacted by either of them on why my watch never arrived until I contacted them first. First I was told that my watch was lost in transit then I called again the next day as I forgot to ask something and was told that they never had the watch in stock inventory when I placed my order.
