These people suck. Took 42.00 from me when I ordered a much needed winter coat. They never intended to send me my order. I am an elderly woman who lives on a fixed income who desperately needed that coat. Shame on you

Same as everyone else. Thought my order was with Walmart, NOT. Product showed as available and was scheduled to arrive by 12-10-20, as shown on their page . Has not arrived at all. I am sending a note to the AG of NM for false advertising on this company. BUYER BE VERY AWARE WITH THIS GROUP. I WOULD SUGGEST CONTACTING LOCAL WALMART MGRS. AND COMPLAINING. They do not offer a Minus star, but that is what they get from me -10 start

Ordered a couple dresses for my sister and i through walmart. My sister ordered a coat the same way. They supposed to be 5x but couldnt be more than 1x. Very disappointed. Not surprised they're from china. Most walmart products at walmart are. Will pay more attention to where products come from in the future. I give this company a zero.

Ordered 2 pulse oximeter. Neither one worked. They will not let them be returned. No refund. No customer service. Walmart did nothing to help.

ORDERED 2 HATS FROM THIS COMPANY THROUGH WALMART. COM... THE HATS WERE 2 SMALL AND UNCOMFORTABLE ... DID NOT LIKE AT ALL.... RETURNING THEM TO MY LOCAL WALMART STORE AND THEY CAN PRINT THE RETURN LABEL AND SEND IT BACK.... I WANT A REFUND!!!

It's been over three weeks and tracking info shows no movement on the item except that they created a shipping label. I just asked Walmart for a refund. I'm not gonna bother playing games with this company. Zero stars.

Refuse to communicate. Refuse to even give their name or contact information. Won't call. Won't read AND UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND emails! Won't give refund. I finally resorted to filing a credit card dispute to get a refund after several weeks went by. I may contact a major TV station consumer investigation team to publicize Look Away and its deceptive fraud.

I ordered a maternity top back in March it is now June 2nd still have not received. Order just says delayed. Very disappointed. I usually feel safe ordering through Walmart but apparently you have to watch for scams through them too.

SCAM!!!! I've ordered a tank top on April 30th, and it never came; even though it says that it was delivered! The tracking info is a JOKE! It says that it was shipped from California, which is a lie, and that it was sent to several cities, including the same cities; back & forth. I've contacted the seller, but they never respond back. The company isn't even in California, it's in CHINA! If I could give them a ZERO, I would!!!!

I had no idea this company was from China. What are you doing Walmart.com. Your web site says order delayed. It says its in California. Im waiting and waiting and waiting. Where is my dress. Oh and if and when I get it is it going to fit????? Chinese people have a whole different sizing. I bet Im going to get stuck. Shame on you Walmart

If I could give a zero, I would! Next time I will be more careful. Such a shame that now I have to question and research other marketplace sellers through Walmart. I ordered a 2x sleeveless blouse, paid good money, waited weeks for it, and it is a piece of crap, way too small, and not like the picture of the product at all. I will donate it and hopefully a needy child can wear it. Obviously, all the lettering on the outside package is in Chinese. Can't believe that Walmart allows these people to sell from their website. Never Again!!

Next ordered same top different color in XL, rec'd 3XL !!! this time I'm returning it for a refund. items came from China ...sad cause I really like the tops . nice full figure fit .... . wish they could get the sizing correct ....the price was 15.oo

I received an email stating it was delivered. It was not. Basically they may or may not give you 1/ 2 a refund. Basically you're out whatever you spent. I will make sure to no order their merch in the future.

I ordered a webcam on April 6, 2020 with an expected delivery by April 15, 2020. The product did not show that it was "unavailable" or "out of stock" so I could have made a decision to purchase or not. Today is Thursday, April 16th and I did not receive the webcam, I did not receive an email reflecting the delay and had to go back to my Walmart account to see that my order is now "delayed". This is false advertising on the part of Look Away LLC which is a poor reflecting on Walmart. Upon review of the other comments on this page, I see there is a commonality with Look Away LLC and their poor service and Walmart's continued permission for this type of business behavior. There appears to be a need for all of us, as consumers" to communicate these issues to the CEO of Walmart, Doug McMillon. Often times, the top tier management does not know about these issues until it hits their desk.

Ordered something in Feb 2020 pre-Covid and they made a label so I can’t cancel but they won’t ship, refund, answer messages stay away from this fraud Walmart please remove from marketplace so they can’t defraud anyone else

Got scammed I fear. Bought winter puffy jacket for husband; the only person in 2X size it is going to fit is woman's size 10 (verified w/ size 10 woman). Got the same crap of giving me $8 back and I could donate coat or whatever. Walmart should be ASHAMED to be putting their name out there with a seller like this. The email reply from Look Away read like a 1st grade translation of the english language. STAY AWAY

Less than one stat rating if I could! Ordered shirt it had the same blocking and colors but was far from the item I ordered by their picture. Started refund though Walmart told not to return item and will get money back. Got email from LALLC will give you $8 and keep item. Ummmm..... NO! Didn't even respond to LALLC email contacted Walmart again they will be escalating to Walmart's billing department and refunding my full amount. I than told them they need to review this seller on marketplace. I am not the only complaining.

purchased a mens jacket and after wearing it several times the zipper fell apart and the zipper teeth fell off. i was witihin the return times put this company would not refund. This is the email that they sent me "Dear customer, Sorry to see that. For that we are willing to refund 10$ to compensate you. Could you pls try to repair it by the tailor? Hope you can understand. Look forward to your reply! Thanks! " I will never purchase from this vendor again and hopefully walmart will dump them as well. They don't even deserve one star rating

I ordered a top from Them did not receive it before I went on a town for the holidays requested to return it think I paid $18.95 for the shirt I want to return it and the seller offered me $6 in the I would have to pay the shipping to send it back back bad customer service.... Then they offered me $9 I can keep the shirt and not send it back That is not how you do business Very bad customer service nobody calls you they just send you an email after Walmart send them an email to contact customer

Bought pants from Look Away LLC on walmart.com. 4 weeks later I recieved pants that are child sized. I even ordered up 2 sizes and it still would barely fit an 11 year old at best. Even worst they came detective with a belt loop not sewed on. Crap quality, horrible sizing, takes over a month to recieve even thoufh they say 1 week delivery. Worst walmart vendor I've ever seen

My husband order 2 coats for me on December 10, 2020. I received one but the one from this company never came and when I keep checking the status updates it keep stating that its in transit. I had call USPS and file a complaint I will NEVER order from this company again.

This company has several different names and have a shop I got from Walmart and are the same place different name &* have forgotten it now! The garments are strange material, prints are ugly and not like normal printed tops! Strange stuff & even wonder what the material's are! Huge sizes and just look ugly, huge-sizes. If I could leave ZERO STARS I would!! Everything about them SUCKS! I ordered two jumpers and a pair of shorts. It was supposed to be free 2 day shipping. Two weeks go by and finally I recieved one jumper that was three sizes too small though it was labeled my size. The other items never showed up. I contacted Wal-Mart and Look Away five times!! Look Away tried to treat me as if I were dumb. Saying maybe a neighbor took it or the post office kept it. I told them I have cameras at my house, if it were delivered I would've seen it. If the package was stolen, I would've seen it. They absolutely REFUSED to send me replacements OR give me a refund!! After I finally lost my temper w them they offered me a 20% refund. Fortunately after filing a complaint with Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart reimbursed me for the entire order. I will NEVER buy from this company again!

Ordered a full length men's overcoat. It arrived while I was on vacation. When I got home it was nothing like what is was pictured as. I tried it in and it doesn't fit. I sent an email stating this and received a confirmation that I would have a response in 48 hours. 4 days later I get a response. Because it's past 30 days Lookaway says they will not refund me the money or accept the return. What horrible customer service. I will make sure to never purchase anything from this company and I am Filipino a coming with Walmart about them. Unbelievable!!!!!

Wish I had read these first but I thought I was Ordering from Walmart, an American Company. I ordered a Fathers Day Gift on June 5th. I still don't have it but they took the money out of my account. On 6/22 I talked to Allen, he said it was lost in transit so he reordered it. he didn't do any better than I did. I am handicapped and do 90% of my buying online. I AM DONE WITH WALMART! No wonder they are rich when they steal other peoples money.

Items listed are misrepresented. Walmart would not accept their return at the store. By the time I received a response, it was past 30 days and they very firmly would not make an exception to their return policy. Poor products, poor customer service, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
