I had the same experience as the above buyer - This is really not fair as I paid the full amount to walmart and got a used instant pot.

I ordered a brand new Instant Pot Ultra on Walmart.com and Lock Consultant Group was the seller. When the box arrived I noticed that it was in an Amazon box. Upon opening the box I noticed a sticker that said “Amazon, thanks to you this product has a second life” on the outside of the VERY used looking IP Ultra box. Then I opened the box...the lid wasn’t the same lid as the Ultra, it had no handle. Then I flipped the lid over...IT WAS USED! It had gross grime on it and the rubber seal was orange. Then I lifted the product out of the box...it was dented on the side and wasn’t even the Ultra, it was the LUX model! Then I noticed a couple of pieces of paper in the bottom of the shipping box, they were gift receipts FROM AMAZON with the wording “A gift for you from Lock Consultant Group.” Not only were they charging me $25 more for a new iP Ultra, they ordered a VERY USED CONDITION, cheaper one from Amazon (so they could make a nice profit), and had it shipped to me. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!

I ordered a gymnastics beam for my daughter. It states that it was "delivered," however, I never received the item. I contacted Walmart and they issued a claim to this company. I also contacted UPS and they state the tracking number is not correct with my information. I am now waiting for the company to issue me a refund or resend my item. After reading previous reviews, I have a feeling neither is going to happen. I will only being ordering from Amazon as I have always received any item I have ordered from Amazon in the past.
