I ordered and item that I should never have ordered I ordered it on 01/04/2019 and here it is 01/12/2019 and the item has not even been shipped yet I know if I did business at my company he way going by the reviews I would no longer have a business I have ordered things off of Ebay that have come from China or Hong Kong that have moved faster than this one small item has moved How do they do business is my question or how do they stay in business What a joke its been Never again will I order anything that comes from this company and I will make sure that I let others know also not to deal with them Now I can hardly wait first to see if it arrives and next to see if I have the same problems with the size I went by there size chart but from what I have read they dont know there own size chart so im expecting something thats worthless because im sure returning it will be a huge joke and and huge pain Maybe thats the way they stay in business by handling things the way they do and the consumer paying for nothing they ordered and not sending it back out of frustration and cost Thanks it should be -5 negative stars not even worth 1 star

Been trying to return an item for 3 weeks. The x-large was "child size" and there is no address to return it nor do I get a response when I message them!! Needless to say I am not happy!! Why do I even have to give it one star?!?!?

Was very disappointed in the fact that I got a completely wrong item after ordering a tunic blouse for my daughter for Christmas. Didn't have time to replace it.

It’s very hard returning items. I ordered the ZXZY WOMENS CHIFFON CARDIGAN . It’s not what I expected. Have been sending emails for 2/3weeks and still have not received return labels for refunds.

this company is the worst. the clothes don't run true to size and it is a HUGE issue to return items. the clothes are cute but don't put yourself thru the hassle. I don't know why Walmart deals with this co

this is the worst co to deal with especially returns. it is not worth you time. and the clothes run super small. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.
