0-STAR: I paid for a food vacuum sealer machine and received a 1 oz container of body glitter. i tried calling multiple times (within their business hours) and they just hang up. THIS SELLER NEEDS TO BE REMOVED....IMMEDIATELY!! i had to call walmart.com again to let them know and thankfully they issued the refund but they should not have to take a lost on behalf of a poor company. if anyone from Walmart sees this, please consider removing them as a marketplace seller!

I PURCHASED THE ELECTRIC BODY MASSAGER ORDER NUMBER 5841930-514589 FOR MY HUSBAND FOR CHRISTMAS, IT IS TO HEAVY FOR HIM TO HANDLE HE IS VERY FRAIL 82 YEARS OLD, I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THIS AND GET A REFUND, CAN I RETURN IT TO WALL MART AND GET MY MONEY BACK OR DO I NEED A RETRUN FROM YOU. One star because there are no -0 stars! This company is ridiculous and WalMart should remove them from their Marketplace. Livehome has horrible reviews on Amazon too. They sent me the wrong order. I sent them proof (original order) that I did not get what I ordered. They refused to refund unless I paid return postage. NOT MY MISTAKE....YOURS! No way! Stay away from this farce of a company....scammers!

One star because there are no -0 stars! This company is dishonest. WalMart really should remove them from their Marketplace. I wish I had read reviews on Livehome before I ordered. They sent me the wrong order. They sent a small empty brown box! I could not believe this, ugh! I had order a 6 port charging station. WalMart said they would refund my order within 24 hours and I hope they come through. Stay away from Livehome, they are scammers!

Pathetic. I ordered an item, took two weeks, post office refused to leave it at my door, rescheduled for my day off, no delivery...had to GO GET IT AT THE POST OFFICE, got it home, set it up and it doesn't work....pure trash. And the company couldn't care less. Canned responses. Bullshit!

I purchased a drone for my grandson, gave it for his birthday. To my surprise and dismay, only one battery was included, should have been 2. It is now past the 30 day return policy. I contacted your company. Was told what the policy states. I didn't want to return, it was an incomplete order. Made no difference. Won't purchase from you again. Bad customer service....

Not sure who is worse, Walmart or the company selling on their marketplace. Package said it was delivered, yet it’s not here. Oh, and I can’t even get a refund for 2 days because Walmart seems to think it’s going to magically show up after the post office said it was delivered. Both companies are a joke.

They sent me the wrong product. I contacted them several times. They promised to make things right. I never did receive the product that I had ordered or a refund, just alot of empty promises and excuses.
