I purchased a tablet from this company guess what, it was supposed to been new it was used (an employee tablet) he decided to exchange his for mine. It was on when it came off of the USPS delivery truck, battery half full, missing parts, and wrong color and they had the nerve to give me the run around. I will never purchase anything from this sorry company.

My sanitizer stop working and I am being told to go through Walmart and Walmart insist that Lex Digital has warrantee now I’m being directed back to Lex Digital

I have never been more angry with a company. I ordered a product from the walmart online store. Not only did they not give me the right tracking number but when I contacted the company I was told to just talk to the post office because they weren't going to do anything to resolve or refund my issue. This is one company I will not ever buy from again. Not only am I out of my PAID purchase I also had to jump thru hoops to get told nope we took your money and didnt give to product.

Do NOT buy anything from this guy. They sell cheap and bad quality "product". And even worse, they will NOT process your return request. Walmart.com, etc, should kick this kind of MarketPlace sellers from their platform.

Nether Walmart nor lex digital would help with the exchange of a exchange of a wrong size. They said they can't exchange gifts over their return period. Don't buy anything early. Wouldn't use them again.

NEVER SHIPPED ITEM TO ME, TOOK MY MONEY, I NEVER GOT ORDERED ITEM AND UPS SHOWS IT NEVER SHIPPED. Ordered item from LEX Digital, they gladly accepted my order and took my PAYPAL payment, and then they labeled the item as "shipped" instantly, but item never left their facility, was never picked up my UPS and LEX Digital refuses to refund my Paypal payment. So now, three weeks later, I will go through Paypal to get a refund for item ordered and never shipped. WHY DOES SUCH A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE WALMART ALLOW THESE TYPE OF SELLERS TO SELL UNDER THEIR NAME BANNER KNOWING THAT THESE TYPE SELLERS ARE UNRELIABLE, POSSIBLY SCAM SELLERS. I WILL ORDER ONLY FROM AMAZON FROM NOW ON, THEY DON'T TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY.

Wow, wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing. I had a similarly aggravating experience with this company. Walmart has always done a great job with their return policy so using Lex Digital is a huge mistake. The emails I received when I first asked to return the item was written in such poor English, it was hard to decipher. And even though I made it clear that I wanted to return the item, they drew out the process over more than a week. I will not buy ANYTHING online from Walmart from now on. I wish I could give 0 stars! I'll stick with my Amazon!

LEX DIGITAL CORPORATION is a scam operation. I ordered from them through the Walmart.com market place. The item never arrived, FEDEX said it was delivered, but I never saw it. email after email from LEX DIGITAL CORPORATION kept asking me to look again. It's been WEEKS and this still isn't resolved. Walmart has been feckless and won't provided any customer protection from the thieves they allow to use their site. I am not the only one that has had this issue with LEX DIGITAL CORPORATION and Walmart.com. I wish I had paid more attention to who I was doing business with through Walmart.com and how they wash their hands of any transaction if the item ships from the seller. P.S. there should be an option for negative stars.

Amazing, one email after another and when you say you are dissatisfied with a product and you want to return it, they say, please send a video! A video??? come on, let me return the product! Nah, a video please, never any mention of how to even start a return.

Order was supposed to have arrived today May 11th, 2020. Its 5:33pm and Fed Ex has already made it's run in my area. Will never order from this company anymore. With such low ratings why is Wal Mart allowing them to remain on their website? Will be calling Arkansas Wal Mart HQ in the morning.

I sent 2 or 3 e-mails and you guys never answer. You want to take people for granted. What you do only has a name, Thiefs. I'll post this info . I'll post this in all social media that your products are good for nothing. Am reporting BBB aout your tactics and Walmart will receive my complaints too. STOP STEALING.

Do not order anything from them. I ordered an item from them through Walmart and when recd it stated for sale and warranty in China only. It did not fit my CPAP machine and was afraid to use it as it might ruin my CPAP. Getting the run around.

Do not buy anything from Lex Digital. Tornado was purchased for a Christmas gift via Walmart online. Can't return it to Walmart, they send the complaint to the seller and it's between the DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND THE SCAMMERS SELLER that rips people off. The person was excited to get it but very disappointed when discovered it wouldn't work. Lex digital was communicating with me and wanted me to pay additional $10 SHIPPING which I felt I should not have to do. Now, the seller is not wanting to do anything so I am screwed, don't have a working product and don't have my money back. I want my money back for Lex Digital FAULTY NON WORKING PRODUCT!!!!

Horrible service! My wife ordered a heated jacket for me. The order says men's, the packaging says men's, but the jacket is a women's. Contacted the seller for a return and refund. Been getting the runaround for over a week. They offered $12 on a $50 jacket, and to keep it. Told them no, I want to return it. I have no use for it, plus I don't trust it. Looks very cheaply made. They asked for pictures of it. Sent them pictures. They finally agreed to return it. They sent me an address for an apartment in MI. No way am I sending it to a residence! Contacted Walmart for shipping information. They can't even provide it, when they allow the company to sell on their website! If Walmart can't support the products they allow to sell on their website, they shouldn't allow it. I reported this company for fraud, but it looks like they never should have been on here in the first place, according to all the negative reviews.

Purchased hearing amplifier for my in-laws from Lex Digital Corporation via Walmart app.. Well, the product I received was not the product pictured or advertised. The product advertised says it is rechargeable but the ones I received uses little button batteries and is not rechargeable. Also the hearing aids I received was for the same ear! So instead of a left and a right side hearing aids, I received two right ear hearing aids. What good does that do?!! So anyways, not impressed with what i’ve seen with the product, Uhh, because it’s not what I ordered, i decided to return it. According to the return policy, it stated you can return the item for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping which is fine.. So I emailed the seller to get a required return/claim code and he said he’d refund me just a few bucks and just keep the product. I said no, I want the full 80% refund amount that I am entitled to. Then he emailed me back and offered a few more dollars and told me just to keep the product. Then again I said no, please refund me the 80%. Once again, I said no and then a third time, he offered a few more bucks and to keep the product. By the fourth and fifth email, the seller shifted his emails to how I’m responsible for paying in return freight costs. And I said that’s fine for both emails and then another email of more non-sense. So I’m not sure why this seller keeps dragging this on and playing games. The return policy is 80% refund and I am responsible to return it and that’s exactly what I’ve requested with every email and still no progress. I finally reached out to Walmart and reported this with them as well as my complete email conversation. And thankfully they reached back right away and 100% refunded my total bill and now the seller is demanding I return the useless product even after I stopped replying. I guess he will never get it. SO TO EVERYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LEX DIGITAL CORPORATION...., STAAAAAYYYYYY AWAAAYYYYYY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Bought a charge 3 Bluetooth speaker not high quality as stated. Cheaply made will never buy from them ever again sending back to Walmart this weekend for refund. Real cheesey product.

This company isn’t even in business!!! I googled only to find out that its permanently closed and there are many complaints with the BBB. Im actually shocked that Walmart would allow them to sell on their market place :( I will be honest, the straightener is a gift that hasn’t been used yet, but after taking it out of the box it seems very cheaply made. I wanted to just return it but from other comments feel like it will be cheaper just to keep it!! Hopefully there will be some use of this product. Be sure to read the fine print regarding returns to this company!!!!!

I bought a Shockwave therapy machine for my boyfriend gave it to him on Father's Day he hooked it up and the probe that shoots electricity out started sparking and then it just totally quit I want to return it back to Walmart and they said I had to contact the company the company is avoiding me it won't send me no return shipment it won't replace the item that needs to be replaced and they'd refuse to call call me at 360-901-0141
