Delivery was late not on time never even received went to totally wrong address customer service is horrible

Delivery never made it was lost in the process can’t contact his company the phone number appears to be a fake number but it’s all through Walmart great job Walmart really highly suggest it do not order from this company

They are scammers selling on walmart.com as 3rd party sellers. You place your order on walmart.com from this seller and you will never receive your item. However the FedEx tracking info will show as delivered. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMING WALMART CUSTOMERS

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I Ordered on WalMart.com on a Sunday at 11:31 am. Later the same day I received a message from Fed EX that the tracking number shows the package was delivered at 11:45am from a different state. So tell me that a company can receive an order, process it, print out a shipping label, pack up the product, and deliver it to a different state in 14 minutes!!! That is a miracle for sure. The tracking number also showed that the package had been shipped 2 days before I even ordered it? Now how is that possible. They are either mind readers or could it possibly just be a SCAM all the way. Then they had the nerve to state in the refund comment section that buyer changed mind. REALLY!!!! You never shipped it, You DID NOT even have the product in the 1st place and you say I changed my mind. Then I receive an email stating that the package was lost in the mail and they can't replace it as they are out of stock now. WOW, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Stay away from the seller Legacy Products, Intl. It's not worth it.

SCAM ALERT! ordered item, charged immediately. Received email the very next day stating it was delivered seven hours before my order was placed. Disappointed Walmart would do business with this company.

My order said it was delivered on March 26th. I am still waiting for a response to find out where my order is. It was not delivered to me!!

I ordered a item through walmart.com using 3rd party vendor legacy products intl. The item I ordered was large and weighed over 44 pounds. I got tracking information stating my item was delivered and it was 2.10 pounds. I was home the entire day and didn't recieve anything at all. Total scam.

Do NOT buy from this seller. We placed the order and a couple days later the item was reflecting as delivered, but we never received the item. Contacted local post office and they informed us it was mailed to a completely different address. Contacted seller and they responded that the item was never shipped out, the item they were selling to me was damaged and therefore they did not want to send damaged goods, the item was back ordered and therefore they are issuing a full refund. However, this is inconsistent with the facts. It doesn’t explain how there was a shipping label created that reflected shipping activity, the post office confirming it was delivered to the wrong address, and the seller still paying the item for sale at an increased price over $150 what I initially paid for the order. This place is a scam.
