I have tried for 2 days straight to reach someone...anyone..but to no avail. The product was advertised as having an induction bottom. IT DOES NOT! WLL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIIN! I GIVE IT A ..MINUS..5, AND THAT IS NOT LOW ENOUGH

Outrageously vague shipping information. Walmart customer service could not even give me a valid response. Vendors webpage offers no customer service. The product that I received Can Crusher Crushes Soda Cans and Beer Cans (16oz.can.crusher) broke after just 32 cans!

This product is the worse! Will not freeze Ice cream and also unit heats up as it churns. With the COVID-19 pandemic I am not able to return it. So disappointed! I don’t even want to rate it one star!!!!

I purchased a 7" wire stripper from Lavohome . It does not work new out of the box -I have been on the phone for 2 hours AND CANNOT GET IN CONTACT with customer service. This is the second one I have purchased. Do not deal wits company.

No customer service! The item I ordered was delivered broken. The packing slip provides an email address and phone number for questions and concerns. I tried emailing first and it bounced back because the domain doesn’t exist. I have called 10 times today and each time I get a message inviting me to leave a message, but the email box is full! Ridiculous!

I ordered a 20" pedestal fan. The box came open closed with a loose plastic strap at about 4inches from one end. There was no packing of any sort. The contents were just thrown in and rattling around in the box. To my surprise, when I opened the box and looked at the contents, found the fan blade missing. Bought it thru Walmart web site. When I returned it, Walmart will not refund the money instead told me to wait for the seller to issue refund. Last time I will ever buy thru Walmart. Do not buy thru Walmart and stay away from LavaHome. It is a junk business. Both Walmart and LavaHome deserve a ZERO star.
