Absolutely terrible service. I tried to cancel my order after reading the reviews (30 minutes after purchasing the product), and three days later they shipped it anyways. I returned the item immediately after it arrived and was told I'd receive a refund 48 hours after the package arrived at the company's headquarters. It's been two days and I still don't have a refund.

Never have I had such bad service as this company. My item was delivered to another city and state and this company isn’t trying to make right what they did wrong. I would never order from them again. Real shady company. They actually don’t deserve 1 star!

Worst customer service experience ever! Never delivered item and when asked for a refund this tried to subtract shipping cost off refund amount! Called back Walmart com, and they refunded full amount. Walmart needs to dump this company! They are AWFUL!!

Horrible! Horrible! Dont waste your time with this seller/company. I was supposed to recieve a lumbar support belt from them that I bought through walmart.com and I never recieved it. Luckily for me when they failed to do anything about it walmart refunded. Don't waste your money with them no customer service skills and they do not care about their customers. Will never buy from them again.
