I bought 2 rings online through Walmart. Chose a couples wedding band. One size 7 for myself and 8 for spouse. When order went through it shipped 7&9. I contact customer service and they shipped an 8. I received the 2 rings(7&9) I didn’t like that the woman’s ring, was thick and looked manly. In the pictures I ordered from, one definitely looked thinner and more feminine. So I emailed for a return slip and after going back all day long, Denise Lyons, was going on and on about the third ring that I have not received. Sent 2 tracking numbers. One clearly stated that I signed for one package and that the other was delivered to my mailbox( at the same time on the same day) when I emailed her about this, she responded that she was going to contact the post office and that I needed to consider the fact that my allegations could get the employee fired or jail time. I never stated that the postman stole my package, simply that it could have been put in another mailbox. This was a stupid pair of cheap wedding bands. Both for $29.99. If I purchased an matching set, wtf do I look like stealing or saying that I didn’t not receive the single one. I need a set you ignorant woman and ridiculous company. Very rude and careless
