the absolute worse piece of garbage I ever used, and Walmart does not honor the insurance purchased with the item, a useless electronic toothbrush Kwanshop. They lost a customer forever, Walmart and Kwanshop, Garbage comes from garbage. Good at taking my money, horrible at being responsible. Period. by jerry 9/10/2020

Do not waist you time trying to get money back It will not work even if you do what ever you’re ask for them will not work. Simply do not buy Walmart Period

worst customer service, cheap, garbage merchandise! Don't buy from them, or walmart for that matter. Nobody cares, nothing but a run around with cheap, garbage products. Glad I didn't spend a lot because I'll never see my money back. Walmart sticks up for them too. I guess the amount of returns and complaints doesn't outweigh the profit yet. No more foreign buying for me. And walmart can go to hell. Selling that stock today!

Terrible ordered a hand held vacuum that did work but it’s cheap junk paid $30 they won’t return it said they’d give $6 F that never buy from them again

Not only does this company mislead you with bogus pictures, they sell the cheapest Junk China has to offer. to top it off, Walmart sells their crap on line but refuses to back it. I think I'm done with both Walmart and Walmart online. What Fkn Junk!!!

Bought an over the bed table for use with my laptop. The item was fine but it came with instructions in Chinese only!

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from this seller. The toy I purchased arrived in a totally crushed box wrapped in cellophane. There were pieces missing and the quality was .01 out of 10. I have gotten no response from the seller after several emails.

I ordered a kids bike and while the tracking says it was delivered, I never received it. Walmart and I have sent them an email- and they have not returned my email, nor are they picking up the phone. Probably a lost cause; but Walmart should have the ability to return my money at the very least- which they won't since it says it was delivered- there is no information on WHO was supposed to deliver it and certainly no picture proving that it was there to find out where it was delivered.

Follow up to previous review. I beg anyone reading this to NOT BUY FROM KWANSHOP. I was contacted by email TWO WEEKS after my initial phone call. That email read: "Thank you for your call. We are so sorry for all the inconvenience caused. Could you please send us some photos or videos to show the detailed problem of product?" This in reply to a drill that has no power???? My reply within minutes confirming they want a video of a drill that does nothing. 9 days later...9 days...their reply: "Dear buyer, Thanks for your email. So sorry, we can not reply the email at once because of company activity. We will answer the emails after coming back. So sorry for you. Thanks for your kindly understanding. Best regards" 8 days after that reply reads: "We received your letter. We are sorry for causing problems for you. Yes, would you providing a video for us? After confirming the problem, we will do our best to help you solve the problem. Waiting for your letter. Do not worry, please. Best regards." My reply two days later with a video of me pulling the trigger on a drill that does not move. 9 days later...chirp chirp...chirp chirp..nothing. Nearly 40 days since my initial contact and no resolution. $50 for a drill I literally used less than a dozen times.....I wish I were making this up, I am not. if you are reading this....DO NOT BUY ONE THING from kwanshop....not one cent spent. EASILY the worst experience I have ever had with a company, they should not be in business.

I wish I had seen the reviews! I am putting this all over Facebook and saying how Walmart is an accomplice to this company by using them!

Ordered electric longboard and sent me box of face mask wtf and won't refund money.

Purchased a $70 item and no longer needed it.They said the shipping would be costly so they offered $20 and keep the item.Would not recommended purchasing anything from this company.I know I will never get anything from them again.I did not want to even give them 1 star but had to.

This $69 vacuum is the biggest piece of garbage. I wish I had read these comments befor I purchase this item. But it does say you can return the product to Walmart?? So I will bring it there with the receipt and get my refund. I’m a pit bull when it comes to cheating me out of my hard earned money. I wanted to give -10 stars. I will never buy from this third party seller on Walmart’s site again. It has been 5 months since the shipping ticket was produced and it still has not left the facility. Tried to contact the company and they do not respond. Walmart needs to remove them as a vendor on their site.

I found an item from this vendor to be of very poor quality. I asked Walmart for a refund, and they said ok, and told me to box it all up and I printed out my mailing label. Then, a day later, I get an email from the vendor, they refused the return, told me I had to send them photos or a video to prove what was wrong, then they would refund the money. I called Walmart, and they told me they would work with the vendor. Then the vendor tells me not to mail it but but they would refund about 1/3 of what I paid them. I wrote one review already telling about this process, but walmart has not posted it. Beware, don't buy anything from this vendor; maybe don't by anything from Walmart

Bought knife sharpener that depicted 3 separate sharpeners and received only one that looked like it was pulled out of the box set. Complete con job STAY AWAY FROM KWANSHOP !!!! I should have know better than to shop at Walmart, next time I will shop at Target, never had a problem with Target.. I am putting 1 star only because they won't let you post with out a star rating. These folks are worthless!!!!!

Zero rated. Crap hand grips rubber to stick on anything was all warped and the other one had a broke closure cant even find how to return it. Walmart wouldnt even return it. I think Walmart should be responsible for the return since its selling other people things.

This is the worst seller I have ever dealt with. I purchased a deck umbrella cover from them only to find that a 55-gallon garbage bag would have been as adequate. They then wanted me to send a video of the problem before they would proceed with my complaint.

My order never showed up, the fault should really be with USPS as they lost the package

Bought a Jetski cover an d got a used one or defective one from KWANSHOP thru Walmart.com this is first time and last time I buy from Walmart.

I purchased a mini chainsaw. It arrived missing parts, in a beat up package. It looked used and damaged. WalMart told me they may send me a new one. Have to wait 30 days for the exchange before I can get my money back if it doesn’t show up. Never buy from this group. NO STARS.
