KUDOSALE

First, I want to make it very clear that I have no problem with Walmart. They offered to refund what I paid immediately. Kudosales is the problem. What they sent wasn't even close to what I ordered. I didn't want a refund, I needed what I ordered. Walmart sent a message to the supplier and said I would be contacted within 48 hours. I wasn't. No luck trying to contact them directly. Walmart must have known because they refunded my payment before I even asked. I agree with another reviewer, I'm surprised Walmart offers their products.

Should have read reviews first before purchasing item from Kudosale. The item I purchased is an electric treadmill. The only description that would fit the product is "a piece of junk". Made cheaply and didn't hold up. The platform looked like it was made from some particle board and cracked from the top to the bottom. I filed a claim and the agent recommended that I GLUE it back. What a joke. Still waiting for my full refund. Only used it a month before it fell apart. With so many complaints, I don't know why Walmart continues to conduct any business with them. I purchased the product online through Walmart. Walmart should have the decency to step up and make this right for the customer. Very displeased and upset that I am getting the run-around from Kudosale. Never, ever again will I purchase anything from them. If there was a zero star review to choose from, that would be my rating to KUDO.

I recently perchased a sit up bench from Kudosale. It is a piece of junk. Will never purchase from Walmart again !

Ready to order a garden cart on clearance on Walmart site then realized the shipping was $209.00 yes 209 dollars what the heck. Same shipping rate for both ur home or Walmart store!!!

He is a terrible seller. Asked for restocking and return postage fee for a defective product. He just argues. Never Ever buy from this seller. Cheap Chinese products.

This vendor has no business integrity -- constantly come up with different negotiating terms for refund amount when you try to return an on-line purchase with them. It is a very time consuming and frustrating experience dealing with them--they will keep sending you the same useless emails to wear you out so you will give up. If I can give a negative rating, I would. Would never do business with them again. And if you do, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

this company does not deserve a single star, I ordered 4 pillowcases for a pillow, they sent only two and moreover they charged me double the amount

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!! Product I received was not what was advertised. Also in unusable condition. The item emitted such horrible fumes I had to dispose of it immediately. Even wanted me to ship it back. To Iran I guess because that’s where the city on site is. Don’t stand behind their products. Deplorable anytime but especially in the times we’re living in now!!!! Everyone is struggling. Offered $4 back for a product I spent $24.61 on. I’m definitely in a bind but I’m not going to profit from STEALING PEOPLE MONEY!

I waited and waited for my order to arrive via USPS and kept getting daily USPS notices that the item was arriving that day...it never did. I was out this afternoon and came back to find a USPS notice in my mailbox stating I could pick the item up at the post office. However, the notice said there was postage due of nearly $18 (on a $70 item), this despite the Walmart site stating "free delivery". I will refuse delivery and not order anything from Kudosale again.

Don't ever buy the product from this company, cuz you will never gonna received it (I wait for my item for a month), I contact them multiple times asking for a refund, but they are like, hell no, and then a bot will reply to you, and the bot is telling me to contact USPS, but USPS didn't even ship my item, and the statue in Walmart show shipped. So I contact Walmart Customer services, and that guys says no problem, and ask me to ship back the item? I was like what?? So don't ever buy the product from this company, this company will change the item status to shipped, and then you will have a really hard time to get a refund

I just received a box with nothing into but cardboard. It was supposed be a 3D wall mural stick ons. The cost is $29.99. This is nothing like it was advertised. At this point I can't find a number to call this place. Stay away from this Kudosale.

Oh man, I guess I've fallen into their trap too??? I just ordered a mat for my dog. I noticed that the tracking started in Rancho Cucamonga, so I got excited. I grew up there and it's rare that anyone speaks of my little town. Anyway, I was curious where the company was located in Rancho Cucamonga, so I started searching for my answer and came across the rating/review page (by accident). I can not complain, because I don't actually have an issue with Kudosale (yet). My package is suppose to arrive today (it's 8:25pm). I am clearly hesitant after reading all of the reviews. I can say that I have already recieved 2 out of the 5 items I ordered from Walmart. After just checking, only one of my items was made through Kudosale and I'm grateful it is a small not very costly item. All that being said.... I thought everything I ordered from Walmart originated from Walmart. I have learned yet another lesson (same lesson more than once), to check the source and/or the reviews. I bypassed this step, because I was so excited about getting a new puppy. Anywho, one thing I can surely appreciate is: good follow through and good customer service. I say, if Walmart won't check their venders, then they don't deserve our online business! So, I too, will apply a low rating for reputation and anticipation of getting the same results as those that went before me! No package as of yet!

I bought their folding trampoline thru Walmart. Tried to open it and it smacked me in the head requiring 3 staples and causing Lateral Whiplash. WILL never buy any of their products again! Nor do business with Walmart

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I received a defective product that literally broke before we even got to step 3. Called Walmart and was told they'd handle it, but then received an email from the seller telling me I need to send pictures or video of the defective item before they would even contemplate refunding me my money. They need the pics to send to the manufacturer. So, they made me do the legwork for their defective product. By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

I had purchased Item: Auto Baby Bouncer #0979801188096 through Walmart.com on 06/26/20 for my son's baby shower. Baby Shower was in September 2020. My son received 3 total of this same item. Now "Third Party" Kudosale will not credit my account nor Walmart give me store credit in the amount of $112.88. WARNING: When ordering online for "Third Party" Sellers, you will NOT be able to return to Walmart. You will have to go through the "Third Party" Seller. I am so disappointed and stuck with an item I paid for that is Brand New, Never has it been Opened in the amount of $112.88. I will never be ordering again online for big purchase items.

I purchased an abdominal training machine from KUDOSALE, from Walmart online. The machine arrived with several holes, missing Hardware mainly bolts and nuts, the included bolts and nuts did not match the machine color, and above all a missing instruction booklet!! I contacted the seller twice and Walmart online personnel three times, finally stopped the payment.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Walmart shouldn’t even be allowing them to sell on Walmart.com. Make my loss and frustration worthwhile by NEVER buying anything from them! I wish I could give them a MINUS ONE HUNDRED STARS!!!!!

Horrible, thieving company. Whatever you pay for, you will not receive all of it and customer service will not help you resolve the issues. This company is a Chinese scammer!

this site is a fraud it sells tiny items that you cant tell from the photo and they are useless zero stars

Company is a complete fraud. They promise 2 day shipping then they dont process the order for almost 48 hours then they keep showing new origin details daily until you get fed up waiting for.the package. Also they change the origin locations. How can a company ship the same order from Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois and Indiana at the same time?
