KRUM LLC

Got the wrong material from these guys, so buyer BEWARE.

I will never order anything that is sold by Krum LLC. They package the products carelessly and when they arrive damaged you have to go back and forth with their customer service to make it right. I sent 5 emails, spoke with Walmart.com Customer Service to receive a refund for damaged items that were just thrown into the box. I gave them one star because the review does not allow you to review them and give NO STARS!

Ordered items thru Walmart online, over $220 in grocery items. Third order in month of Oct. Some items were farmed out to Krum. All other items were rcv'd within 2 days, albeit there was lots of damage due to poor packing at point of shipment, which Walmart reimbursed us for (broken jars, crushed and contents spi;;ed throughout box, coffee and dog food cans crushed, broken glass. However the items to be shipped by Krum were delayed delivery and were suppose to be delivered on 29 Oct (purchase was 22 Oct). Email tracking confirmed the 29 Oct del date. UPS advised label was made but items never picked up at Krum. Went thru Walmart twice to inquire, advised by email from Walmart that Krum Team would contact me within 24 hrs, they have never contacted me. 2 weeks later still trying to determine where items are. They were supposedly going to be delivered again today 11/6/2020 by 7 PM-NO SHOW AGAIN!!! I blame Krum, but I also blame Walmart. They are aware of a problem with Krum and have not followed up on this nor previous customer complaints. Krum is their vendor, they have a responsibility to make the vendor provide service expressed in their advertisements proclaiming a quality service and delivery. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran, it is necessary for me to shop online rather then in person due to the Pandemic and the fact my wife's immune system is compromised by stage 4 terminal lung cancer. We have been spending $1,000.00 ,monthly at Walmart on groceries. This fiasco is the last straw, we will be looking at alternative venues for shopping and delivery of groceries, the frustration and anguish with walmart is not worth it, they apparently do not care, and are not concerned with customer retention. and can afford not to care about customer service and a quality product.

KRUM LLC is a disgrace and should NOT be featured by Walmart. I have ordered some vitamins on October 8. On October 14 I received an email stating that my order was delayed . As a result, I cancelled the order. On October 20 I received an email from Walmart stating that my order number 5522105065348 was cancelled. This morning, October 21, I found an email stating that KRUM LLC has already shipped the order and they also have charged my credit card! I believe KRUM LLC is dishonest, has reprimandable business practices and I will forward a complaint to the proper local authorities, especially if my credit card charges are not reversed!!!

Ordered Anthon Berg liqueur filled chocolates for the exorbitant price of $45.35. KRUM LLC gave no confirmation of order yet immediately took the merchandise cost out of my account. I called Walmart customer service who contacted this disreputable business and WalMart told me that KRUM LLC promised to contact me within 48 hours. Seventy-two hours later KRUM LLC had not lived up to its promise. I called WalMart customer service and they immediately cancelled my order and will refund my $45.35. KRUM LLC is crummy. Don't waste your time ordering from this so-called business. Perhaps enough bad reviews and they'll rightly be put out of business. They advertise that they have items but actually do not!

Horrible. No package ever shipped, no explanation or no response.
