I purchased a product and it never shipped. I received an email from them that they would re-ship it. They never did and won't respond to me. This is the first time I have used Walmart.com and did not realize that this was coming from a third part seller. Maybe Walmart should choose their sellers more carefully.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They charged my credit card and never shipped my product. You can not contact them via phone because no one ever answers- you can only leave a message! And they never return your call. Also they do not respond to emails. Worst company ever don’t waste your money. If I could give them less than one star I would! Horrible!

Like others, I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. Never received item. All they do is print the shipping label and never send the item. Emailed 2 times and got same lame excuse that they don't know what happened and would resend and update the tracking; neither happened. Finally got walmart customer service involved and they refunded me money. SHAME on Walmart for this CROOK to be allowed to sell on their marketplace. SHAME. GIVE THEM THE BOOT!

Placed order thru Walmart, never received item, called and emailed, no response. Walmart absolutely no help, 3 hours on the phone and no help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH KOLMAR OR WALMART.

Kolmar Direct shipped product to a different state (Ohio). Told me they would have to resend, but never did and now will not respond. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KOLMAR DIRECT. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Can you rate it zero stars? I ordered an item from Walmart. Got an email it was shipped and my card was charged. Did the trace on the tracking number and was told that Painesville, Ohio was waiting for the package. That was the last I've heard, Contacted Walmart and they keep sending an email to Komar who then sends me an email saying they are looking in to it and someone contact me. It's been over a month and I'm still trying to get it settled.

Ordered a product from this company through Walmart, they shipped the wrong product. I called and it went directly to a recording to leave your name or send them an email. It took two phone calls, two emails and an escalation through Walmart to get a response. They finally sent me a return label but said they wouldn't replace the product or refund my money until the return was received. I advised to refund, I would take my business else where. I am skeptical of how quick I will receive my refund

I purchased a golf bag through Walmart.com from Kolmar Direct. My shipping address was located in Arkansas. Kolmar mauled it to someone in Ohio. I emailed them, and they never responded. Walmart did credit my account, though.

My order shipped the same day. But it left Painesville OH, went to Akron, and Cleveland, then back to Painesville. Instead of to Springfield MO like it was supposed to. Tried email, tried calling multiple times. No response. Called Walmart.com and got my money back.

I ordered an item through Walmart. I live in Wisconsin. Kolmar sent it to Pennsylvania. I emailed Kolmar Direct to get the error corrected. I got an immediate email response saying they would look into my order. Three days later I had no response. I called Walmart customer service. The Walmart person tried to reach Kolmar Direct by phone but no one answered. The Walmart person told me Kolmar Direct would have 24 hours to contact me and provide a solution. About 4 hours later I got an email from Walmart saying they would refund my purchase money. I'll make sure I never again buy anything that's coming from Kolmar Direct. I'd give them a zero rating if I could.

Ordered an item on August 7th expedited shipping. Ohio to NY. Delivery date promised for 14th changed to the 15th. Generated a tracking number only, never arrived at USPS; blaming them they lost the package. Or here is another scenario, they never had the product and stalled. Walmart.com could not reach them and neither could I. Item was probably a return or refurbished item.

Ordered an item on July 19, 2018 through Walmart and was given an August 2, 2018 delivery date. Today is August 3, 2018 and my package has not even been delivered to the shipping company. I have sent 2 emails through Walmart, 1 email directly, 1 telephone call (went to voicemail which told me to leave my email address so they could contact me within 24 hours), and 1 more email requesting a refund through Walmart. I will not be ordering anything from this company again.

I ordered a knife, they shipped it to a different state, they didn't respond to any of my email for why this, thankfully Walmart refunded my money. I will never order from this company again!
