Sent the wrong item. Less then half the cost of what I ordered. No success getting refund yet. Plus paid $9.99 for them to ship the wrong item. Would give zero stars if I could.

I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I ordered an item from them. I didn’t even notice when I ordered that the product would be coming from a marketplace seller instead of walmart.com. And like all of these other reviews, they shorted my order and are trying to say that I did receive it when I didn’t.

Where is my order??????? I ordered it Nov. 26,2020.....This is dec. 22,2020. 4 weeks......

I wish I also would of read the reviews. I bought a $60 toy for Christmas they said they delivered it through this 3rd party delivery company I've never heard of and I never received tracking through email but when I went online and tracked the order it said it was delivered days ago, yet I never received it. How is there is this may people with the same issues Wal-Mart its on your website you need to do something!!!

Do not settle for consumer fraud. . Since I can't give zero, I have to give 1 star. I bought a two piece toilet and received one piece. I will let you know how the return works out.

Well. I see I am in excellent company here. Ordered a doll through Walmart. Waited what seemed like forever (still doesn't show delivered) until finally delivered. Wrong doll AND with an Amazon "Gift' receipt. What? Who would 'gift' me a doll through Amazon. went on amazon account and could not locate any ordering referencing a Cabbage Patch Doll. Finally, duh, I used Order ID for research and, "ta-da" order popped up. But...I didn't order through Amazon, wth? Since I did not want THIS doll, I clicked to return doll for refund. Sticker shock! If I returned through Amazon, not only would I receive HALF of what I paid Walmart, it would be in the form of an Amazon Merchandise Credit. Back to Walmart site to try and return. IF I returned by mail, the package would be sent directly to Kingdom Restore, hopefully to be received by them by Dec. 4th., the cut-off date. Hmmm....Don't think so. I chose 'Return to Store', printed out the return receipt, and now, have to trek to Walmart for my refund. Walmart did make it an easy return (I hope. Haven't gone yet.), and I will receive (hopefully,) the full amount paid. When I ordered through Walmart, there was no indication the order would be handled by a third-party seller. Normally, I try to watch for that. I did write Walmart and express my displeasure though I doubt in the grand scheme of things that will make a difference. Definitely will be more cautious in the future and Kingdom Restore will not be a part of it. Underhanded sales tactics to say the least... If an item is going to be drop-shipped, I would like to know beforehand! Sorry for the lengthy rant, but I just HAD to tell somebody. Buyer beware!

Would give negative stars if possible. I ordered an 8 qt Instapot from this company on 10/3 with estimated delivery date of 10/16. I submitted a ticket to them on 10/16 as the item had not been shipped. Today 10/19, they cancelled my order because there was a "pricing issue" and they would not honor the price of $68.80 that I purchased it for. When speaking with Walmart.com reps, they were told by Kingdom Restore that the item was out of stock. How shocked where they when I sent them the emails from Toni Encarnacion from Kingdom Restore stating that it was due to a pricing issue. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. DO NOT buy from them!!! You have been warned!!!

Do not order from them . I ordered a dust to dawn light through Wal-Mart these people sent me a used light that does not work , box was taped together I give them a -5 for a rating

It is not legal to offer a price, have someone pay for it then cancel the order and expect that the customer will pay more money later for it. Its illegal. One star because I cannot enter zero stars.

I ordered a volleyball net through Walmart's website. I paid for expedited shipping but had not received any shipment confirmation. I requested an update and received an email stating they were not making enough of a profit and that I needed to cancel my order because they would not ship it.

Ordered something from Walmart and they used Kingdom Restore. Never received any information and never shipped. Contacted Walmart and all they will do is contact Kingdom Restore. Since I can't give zero, I have to give 1 star. Obviously there is a BIG problem with this seller and you get just get sent to them. Walmart should drop them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR. I should have read the other reviews first. Other people had the same problem of shorting the quantity. I ordered a 4 pack of the product like the picture and listing description showed and they only sent me 2 of the item. I will never buy from Kingdom Restore and from any Walmart supplier on their website. If I could give it less than one star, I would give it NO STARS if I could

I ordered a bookshelf through Walmart and was not given shipping updates until the night before the drop date. They informed me the item had been lost and they were going to send a replacement. We’ll see. I won’t order from them again—this is not reliable.

Do NOT buy from this third-party seller! They are a scam! Ordered an item that was never received. Given a tracking number through a third-party shipper that showed delivery in another state. After submitting a complaint they offered a different tracking number only to have an incorrect address and no way to update the address. Horrible experience! Had to get Walmart.com involved to get anything accomplished. Would not give any stars if that was an option.

Walmart scam where they lie about the amount of an item and then buy it off Amazon to send to you cheaper than you would have paid to buy direct from Amazon.

I too was duped by this seller. Ordered from Walmart.com and never received my order “shipped” from a third party shipping company...

This place sucks ordered from them through Walmart.com. my order gets shipped somewhere else and ups and Walmart are not responsible for the order. We contact the seller they give us the run around and to contact Walmart. DO NOT ORDER

Never buying again I also ordered through walmart my item was baby shampoo and it arrived open so it leaked everywhere and whatever was left was water my shampoo was completely deluted NEVER BUYING AGAIN!

Following up to let buyers know if you have a problem with this seller Wal-Mart HAS to back up what is fair. I got a full refund and called out this seller as a scam and false advertiser. Do not settle for consumer fraud.

Stay away from this company. They deserve 0 stars. When they get caught ripping you off, they cannot even give you a believable reason.

ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a doghouse and it came damaged, I contacted Walmart only for the to tell me they could not give me a replacement. spent 3 days on the Walmart customer service and still no replacement. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I expect what I paid for not a doghouse with broken latches that hold the top to the bottom! It wasn't Walmart that wouldn't send the replacement it was Kingdom Restore that would not allow it!

I also purchased a Lego set for my child for Christmas. Contacted Walmart only to be told it was supposed to be delivered on the 16th of December. It was not. Tried calling Kingdom Restore and left a message. They are only replying to emails due to Covid. Shame on Walmart for using this company as a third party seller. Rating WOULD be zero if given the option.

Very dissatisfied! Walmart sent them an email to cancel my order, then the following day they ended up shipping it. Asked for a refund from this company and they refused. They said we had to wait until we received the product and then it would have to be sent back. This company is not right!

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had! I ordered a gift for my daughter and the expected shipping should have had it here the day before her bday. After a few days I emailed the company because it hadn’t even shipped yet. They gave me some nonsense about how sorry they are and it should arrive a week later than it said. They took their sweet time. Then I get a tracking number and come to find out it’s for a set of items that aren’t even mine. I emailed them again only to get a sad apology. Shove your apologies because they don’t help my 4 y/o daughter get her gift any sooner. Horrible company that’s completely unorganized. Will be going out of my way to make sure I don’t get an item from them again!

As with several others here they say my item was delivered but it was not. I contacted the post office and found that the tracking number they gave me was for a completely different package sent by someone else to another address in the same zip code as mine. The odds of them coming up with an erroneous tracking number for a different package that was delivered to an address in my zip code means they have an accomplice at USPS. What they are doing is a crime - fraud - and because they are using the US mail for their "deliveries" it is a federal crime called mail fraud.

Complete garbage got ripped off bought a knife set for 50 dollars the blades were made in china and fucking bend everything about the set and holster is a disappointment. I’m a housekeeper. I don’t make a lot of money and $50 is a lot of money to be wasted. I bought these stupid knifes as a gift for my husband and I’m extremely disappointed and embarrassed I spent $59 for GARBAGE

They provided wrong tracking number for item and created an entire afternoon of idiosy. NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL. This should have never happened. Stated it was delivered 446 pounds to a business and it was a puzzle of less than a pound. Never received item. Walmart currently trying to resolve.

Never received item i ordered . They said it was delivered to front door but checked camera and never received it . All the did was send me an email saying it was delivered.

Keeps charging my credit card after order was cancelled. Sent me fraudulent tracking information saying item was delivered before it was ordered. Scam company. I have filed a complaint with FTC and am considering filling criminal charges if they do not stop charging my credit card. Wal Mart should remove them from their vender list. I spoke with WalMart and they reversed the first charge to my credit card. Contacting them to get the second charge reversed to. We shall see how it goes. Like others here I wish I had read the reviews on this company but have always trusted WalMart to have honest venders. Well lesson learned. I did receive a email from them the day after the order was cancelled saying: "Your order has been processed, however, we currently don't have the tracking details yet. If the supplier is having some issues with the shipment, they will let us know ahead of time. Please don't worry, you will receive an email along with the tracking details once the order shipped. For now, we can only advise that the order is expected on or before Thursday. Thank you for your patience". One Star because there is no zero stars.

Dont order anything from this seller. You will never get what you order. They can't seem to get your address or your order right. Stay away from this seller.
