i tried sending a message on Walmart site but it does not even go threw..who knows what is going on hello, the tracking number does not work and is not even recognized when trying to track the package 1Z528AORYW10863648 can you tell me what is going on? this order was placed in Feb 17th 2021 the only 2 notifications i have been given is 1. order placed and shipped Feb 17 2021 at 925pm from Shelby Township MI 2. delivery march 22 2021 by the end of the day WELL guess what it is 744pm eastern standard time where I am and NO DELIVERY of my package... this is ridiculous..Even with the understanding of slow covid delay and the fact that the state i live in isnt that far away, i feel there is no excuse for this to have occurred and i also feel this maybe fraud... I just want my package I paid for...hopefully theres a GOOD explanation... Very Very unsatisfied customer!!!!

Never received my order. Says it shipped March 17th. Never got it. No response from vendor after 2 emails.

I never received package. This company provided faulty tracking number. FedEx can’t locate my package that is showing it was delivered to my residence. It was not delivered and FedEx is telling me that tracking number they provided is linked to another person in another state and was signed for? This company claimed they resent the package and it was delivered, but once again no package and they won’t provide tracking number. They have not given me a refund either. It’s either a scam company or just really unscrupulous.
