They substituted a cheaper item than what I ordered and have not responded to the emails and it's been over a month from initial email. I sent a second a couple of weeks ago. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband order a LOL Large Lunch Box Tin with 48 pc. puzzle for our granddaughter. It came today, severely damaged. Was sent in a flimsy box. Got no answer when I called company. Will not be ordering from again.

I ordered two umbrellas and was charged for two but only sent one. The umbrella is cute and in good condition but would be nice to have the other one I paid for.

Purchase a Spongebob backpack received a Spiderman. Reviewed the company on Walmart website and my review was removed. If you rate them badly your review will be removed. Do Not Buy from this company!!

wow i wish i would have read reviews before ordering i searched the traking number it even said it got sent out by fed x i ordered it august 13 said it would arrive aug 21 st still have not received also i got a email i had counciled which i never did my son is still asking did my luggage come this the first bad internet service i had lesson learned read reviews before ordering from a different company..

Received wrong item. After numerous attempts to call with no response, I will not order from them again. My review will not take if I don't give (1) one star. This company should receive (O) zero.
