I placed an order for two hour delivery on 12-15-21 of multiple items. After the delivery driver with only a partial order failed to deliver the order. The WalMart help desk rep, Adilia was contacted and stated that the order would be canceled and I would received a refund. I additionally when on the WalMart website and placed a cancel on all the items in this order on 12-15-21 at 3:11PM and at 7:01PM to cancel this order. Katy Med Solutions refused to cancel this order and on 12-16-21 at 8:46PM Katy Med Solutions shipped this order a full 29 hours and 35 minutes after I requested the cancel. Now they are accusing me of theft because I can not stopped the shipment through FedEx and can not refuse the package once it arrives as it is being delivered to an address with a 94 year old woman who can not hear the delivery.
