So disappointed by reading the comments and knowing you guys are doing this to other people. I order offf Walmart on January 18 and I still don’t have my IPad I order for my dad. This is unprofessional. I hope to be getting a refund for a late delivery after I receive my item which now could be up to 2 weeks later than said

Do anyone have a contact number for this company? I ordered an iPad for my grandmother on January 19th, got a tracking number but was never able to track it. Walmart is ZERO help, rude actually. I’m not getting anywhere with it at this point.

Hello, I placed my order on 5 th Jan 2021 and today it is 26 th but I did not get my item yet !! I called Walmart atleast 6 times but to avail no success from the supplier. I do not know why Walmart is having business with this firm, with such poor standards.......!! I give this firm NO star and I suggest customers not to order stuff from it.

Worst customer service ever! Feel like I have been ripped off and walmart won't do anything about it!!! Placed and order Jan 18th for iPad on Walmart.ca/ walmart app. Recieced email that looked good with order number and Canada post tracking. Go to track my package, nothing has been assigned to that number. I call walmart, all they can do is contact seller and them email me...which is no help what so ever! Horrible grammer spelling and said wait 5-7 business days to recieve product. Waited...still nothing! Called walmart a second time! And got same answer, have to contact seller...recieved yet another email from seller this time with even worse grammer and spelling and telling me to wait an additional 25 days to recieve product! Shame on walmart for not taking this seriously ! At this point I just want a refund. This KAMAKA INC. Is horrible and not reliable. And will never order through walmart again.

I wish I had checked reviews first before I ordered a laptop off Walmart.ca with this hideous 3rd party seller/scam artist. Ordered January 13, 2021, haven’t received it, was supposed to receive it January 25, the tracking number provided DOES NOT EXIST, so it was never even mailed out. I will never order off Walmart.ca again as they clearly do not check to see if they are associating with terrible companies. I have been in touch will Walmart to get a refund (as I bought another laptop from a reliable company.....) and I’ve had NO luck. I’ll called and emailed at least 5 times (also contacted the 3rd party seller) and it is literally going now where. Nightmare.

l am getting no where with this company. l have not received my order and no answers. my order was placed jan 12 and still waiting. when l realized l could not return to Walmart if l had a problem l tried to cancel . they had not shipped it yet but said they did so could not cancel my order. so far l would not recommend purchasing from this company. l have complained twice to walmart customer service. no results yet

I would like to know when I am going to received my Apple tablet every time I speak to somebody it is always the same answer in a few days and nobody can tell me where it is I am not impress at all for me it is a big zero not a one

Hello, I had ordered impulse seales and they should have been 110V and they both are 220V. First of all they arrived so late and then both of them are useless for me since I need 110V. Can you ship me the right product and return labels for these pls. Thank you, Parm

Wish I would have checked here...waited and waited for product.. everyone kept telling me it was on it's way...got email from Canada Post to after I opened investigation there is no parcel with the tracking number I was given...so can you say Riped Off

Scammmers. DO NOT BUY YOUR PRODUCTS WITH THESE GUYS

ABSOLUTE ZERO. NEVER buy from this scam of a 'company' . I am sure they will just keep recreating themselves under new names. The computer "GPU" I received was absolute fake. They claimed it to be one thing and even went so far as to overwrite the card info so it LOOKS like the GPU they are claiming it to be but if it even works in your PC at all, other than just spinning a couple of crappy fans, then it will perform FAR BELOW any box ads or specifications that it claims to be. If you try to cancel shipping through WM, they will rush it to you instead. When you try to return it, they will spend days stalling and then offering you 5%, 10%, discounts, stalling further. Yes, you will waste time and need to hounds them PLUS WM to get your money back. WM, do yourselves a favour (yes, I am Canadian), and actually pay a few people to monitory your marketplace so you don't become as crappy and filthy as WISH. Your name should be trusted for something but scam vendors like this should NEVER make it through your MP approval process. Wow. I am now making my personal mission to get them delisted and will monitor them closely when they try to reappear under other names.

Laptop was suppose to be new. It wasn't, after evaluation with a local computer technician, he showed me all the evidence and the true value of my purchase comparing the price paid vs other model on the market. I got ripped off big time. So I ask for a refund but they kept negotiating and stalling with some very bad English (Google translate) and responding to my request as if they did not understand. The kept offering smaller refund from 20$ all the way to 250$, for a 500$ laptop. Even after returning the item they kept wanting to refund less then what I paid for. Walmart was no help at all, they kept saying that I have to deal with them and did not care at all, you know the kind of response you get from a customer support who reads from a pre-answered common question book. SO STAY AWAY FROM KAMAKA FOX. And make sure that if you purchase from Walmart, that it is coming from Walmart.

They very often never say if its new, used or refurbish, warranty is most of the time not existent in the description. And the killer...its ship from CHINA!!!!(if the fastest shipping time is more then 7days and the longest is more then 30days, that's a dead give away)

Having trouble returning my item. Called Walmart and have been going back and forth with the 3rd party seller. They will just increasing the compensation by 5% every time we speak.
