Zero stars. I never received my order even though my credit card was charged over two months ago.. I contacted Walmart customer service who notified me that they relayed my displeasure to company and company never responded. To date I have yet to receive my product nor a refund nor a response from customer service of either Walmart or Walmart seller. My USPS tracking number show item never received by USPS.

I have the same issue. Ordered item on April 8, says shipped on April 9, and have not received it. I contacted Walmart, they sent an email saying Display Technologies will respond. They have not. Walmart says its not their problem, talk to Display Technologies. My credit card refunded me the money. I will never use Walmart.com again. Walmart was no help.

Display technology international sucks and the company should apologize to all the customers they stole money from and I never got my dragon ball z shirts that I paid for April 8 and it has been 22 days since my order was placed and I got my money back. I am calling out you motherfuckers at display technology international about not delivering my order I will never buy anything from your company ever again. You guys are a bunch of Criminals

I placed an order through Wal-Mart back on April 8th 2020, I have not received my package and the tracking system said it left TX on April 13 2020. Our mail system is getting way below what I call the worst. I have read the reviews on the company and I wish now I hadn't done business with them. Wal-Mart should drop them from their list. I still haven't received the package as of April 29, 2020. Can't find where it has been sent or what since it left TX. But they charged my charge card the next day on April 9, 2020. At over .50 cents a stamp it seem like for the cost we should get better service. Terrible rating

Awful, Awful. I have had an order pending since 4/12/20. There is a tracking number that no carrier has a record of including the USPS. Walmart.com phone customer service have people on hold for at least 1 1/2 hours (I’ve tried twice) no answer because I couldn’t wait any longer. I’m just giving up and putting it as a lesson WELL LEARNED. Oh yeah, walmart’s system is only setup to return or request refunds on items received, how can you do that when you have not received the item. I’m just PISSED!!! Rating = AWFUL

Placed an order on Walmart on April 9th. Received "Tracking" information on April 10th. Its now April 29th and I have YET to receive my package. Not happy AT ALL with Walmart and will definitely be leery of ordering from them again! Highly upset!

I ordered some fabric packages to make masks from this seller on 4/15/2020 and messaged to cancel soon after, after feeling something wasn't right, and after investigating a little. Plus, they were way overpriced for what they were offering. They completely ignored my messages to cancel. In less than 24 hrs. the order is marked as shipped. When I checked the tracking number it appeared as though it was at some preshipping faculty not USPS. Once I realised that the order wasn't actually being shipped, and USPS still hadn't received it by 4/23/2020, I contacted Walmart for a refund. Walmart contacted them, and they told Walmart the order was canceled (yet they had my money). Walmart gave them 24 hrs to contact me about a refund. Well, that never happened. So as of today, 4/27/2020, Walmart will be refunding my money. As far as I'm concerned, this seller never intended to send anything, whether I canceled, or not. This seller is on Amazon as well, with a lot of crappy reviews. I got what I needed elswhere....great quality, quantity, and price, and shipped quickly as well. Walmart needs to hold them accountable, and kick them off their site, before many others decide to shop elsewhere like I did. It appears to me, that this seller is also trying to take advantage of people looking for items relating to Covid 19. Despicable!!!!

I placed an ordered 4-13-20, scheduled to be delivered on 4-23-20. They provided a tracking number that did not work. last night I sent Walmart an email asking them status of my order. To their credit, they quickly sent me an email back that says "We've contacted DISPLAY TECHNOLOGY on your behalf. someone should be contacting you within 1 business day". We will see..... If I don not hear from them by tomorrow noon, have no choice but to dispute the charge before it's too late.

never delivered,or refunded my order that was placed on4/8/2020.usps tracking having problems too. a federal offence legally!as of 4/24/2020.if i was walmart,i would dump your company in a land fill.very neglegent.a scum bag way of fraudulently ripping people off!or take walmart with you!

I placed an order on 4/3/2020 for facial mask, and I have not received the order. I received an email on 4/7 stating the items were shipped and arriving on 4/15. On 4/14, I received an email stating that the items departed a facility at 12:32 on 4/15 which was the next day. When I try to track the package using the tracking number, there is no information available. This appears to be a scam!!!

the seller give a tracking to get the money, but never send to usps. scam. negative star. it hurts walmart efforts. walmart need to learn a lot from ebay.

Ordered the 2021 Kaboer Leather Monthly calendars for multiple Christmas gifts in 2020. Order was delayed, however, did finally arrive. Nice quality. Months of May and October had end of month dates left off. Will consider ordering again.
