I bought from Walmart Store online last Friday. Online I bought, 10" Selfie Ring Light with Tripod Stand and Phone Holder. Received the Tripod Stand today by DHL not any other equipment today 12/1/2020. Very sorry Walmart to do this and cannot even get a response from Walmart. Never order online again from Walmart. Sorry people for putting a package together which consisted of a 10 inch Seflie Ring Light with Tripod Stand and Phone Holder and only get the Tripod Stand. Crazy, Can't contact Walmart personally or K. Wellness LLC. Phyllis Cochran I filled out 1 but didn't want to do that, should be no star but would not let me send

i bought 3 ring lights and only received one...and no one from the company will respond about where they are...this leaves 2 of my grand daughters without this gift...i am very angry with this poor customer service...they have my money and i will pursue this further

I bought 10.2 selfie ring light with tripod stand and phone holder and the ring light is broken it will not stay together we just had Christmas because of covid some us of us was sick

I ordered lights that look like fireworks $60 worth I ordered them in April and was told that they would get to me within 5 business days it is now May 12th and I have yet to receive them I did get a response from Walmart where I bought them through and they said they sent them through K Wellness LLC so I wrote them as well they wrote me back Annie or Anna and stated to give them three more business days well this is the fourth business day and still nothing. I want my money back and yet when it says on this thing if I want to get a hold of the seller nothing happens a bunch of numbers pop up and that's it. I'm not only very upset with this K well LLC company but I'm also extremely upset and disappointed in Walmart for a company who sells their name they sure don't give a s*** what happens to the there consumers. I think next call tomorrow will probably be to the Better Business Bureau for both companies

My item has not arrived as promised. Also they do not update the information and the tracking number is not correct for DHL.
