I ordered two dogs coats and received some stupid snowflake lights...How stupid can someone be to mix those things up... And ur saying it's usps fault...no they delivered but u sent the wring stuff....ridiculous

Awful experience with Joybuy Express. VER disappointed that Walmart would be affiliated with a company that performs so poorly. I ordered two outdoor games that included wooden planks. I was shipped two bags of tinsel instead..not close to what I ordered. Contacted Joybuy Express multiple times and still have not been refunded. Buyer beware on the Walmart website!

Ordered a curl bar from them through the Walmart website in early November 2020. Less than a week later I received a small vinyl envelope (via USPS) containing a sealed plastic bag with old pieces of paper inside. Didn't open it, but assumed it was an ancient rain poncho whose produce information had deteriorated inside the bag. On checking the Walmart website, Joybuy lists my ordered item as being delivered on that day. I've contacted both Joybuy and Walmart as its pretty obvious I've been frauded.

If it were possible to give a negative 10 star rating, I would! Ordered Christmas gifts through Walmart weeks ago. Everything came except the merchandise sold through affiliate seller Joybuy. After contacting Walmart customer service received an email from Joybuy with some lame excuse about my order is missing. At this point, looks like the only way to resolve this blatant "ripoff" is to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's a damn shame Walmart & others allow these idiots to sell on their sites knowing they suck! If you see the name "Joybuy" when placing an order, STOP, choose something else with a reputable seller, obviously nothing but a ripoff here. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service that I experienced with Joybuy. I ordered a gaming mouse from them in very early December. It was to be a Christmas present for my grandson. I checked the tracking on the shipment several times. It did provide a delivery date, but then was delayed several times. The last time I checked, no further information was available, and no estimated delivery date. I reached out to Joybuy and they asked that I be patient due to shipping issues in the US. I waited another week with no further updates and no delivery. It was well past Christmas by now. I reached out again and asked them to send another mouse. They then indicated that they would not just send another, but they would cancel my order and refund my money - and I would have to reorder. They said that would be the quickest way to get the mouse. So, I looked at that. Now the price has increased by 40%. I contacted them again and said I would not reorder due to the increased cost and asking again if they would resend. They said no I would have to reorder. So, I asked again. Then they responded that they would talk to the department involved and try to refund the difference after I order, but they didn't think that would work. I will never do business with Joybuy again.

I ordered a portable 6 in 6 screw cap opener from them. It was received on November30th it broke before the end of December. VERY LOW quality product. I went to Walmart to return this piece of crap and they stated the seller would not allow them to take it back. Very poor quality merchandise. What is pictured online is not at all what you receive. Clothing is incorrectly sized,cheap,ragged-looks like secondhand. I hate that anyone would be waste their money with this distributer. Walmart should carefully consider doing business with this company. Shoddy work. I purchased a guitar from this seller. It was suppose to arrive in two weeks. One week after purchasing I got an email letting me know that my package had been left in the mailbox. I thought surely it was a mistake because no guitar could fit in a mailbox. I get home and get the package. They sent me a paper snowman. I kid you not. I kept calling to get it resolved and they had no one in the states who could talk to me and everyone was so rude. I had to call walmart to get a refund. Don't buy from this vendor. Please.

I wish I would have read the reviews. I have been waiting almost a month for a toy for my child's birthday. Her birthday came and went. I watched for a week on the tracking system say it is Delaware and should arrive in NJ, till eventually it said delayed. I only ordered from here because they are affiliated with Walmart. I received my niece's Christmas present it was lights for her bedroom. After 3 days they stopped working. They just wouldn't turn on anymore. Customer service responded to all of my emails in the beginning but they asked for pictures or a better description of what's wrong with it. I didn't have the lights to take the picture of so I gave a very detailed description of everything my sister had tried to get them to work. Different outlets, pressing and holding the blue button. No response until 2 months later they told me they were considering my case resolved.

Sad the so many of us still have faith that someone does their research. This "company" is a scam. They send shipping info and no products. "Sun, Jun 6 12:00 am Pre-shipment info sent to USPS, usps awaiting item." When you contact them, they say the product has shipped and can't be refunded. They use Walmart's shipping policy against the consumers. It's past time Walmart demand proof of shipment so we can get our money back. As this point, seems law enforcement should do something about this operation they have going. They state 3-7 day shipping to most locations. I ordered on the 6th and they may deliver by the 22nd. Would doubt if they shoplift the items from Walmart and turn around and sell it on their site. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CONS! Unfortunately, you came too late also.

the items I purchased were not the same as advertised, not even close actually. they were not willing to send the items advertised and changed the listing shortly after. I was given a full refund, however I really wanted the items I ordered. I also dont understand why walmart works with companies it does not endorse or affiliate themselves with.

I bought tricycle on Walmart.com in July 2021, expected delivery was August 19. Got notification that item is shipped using FEDEX and will be receiving in one week. Checked the shipping status after one week and found that item is in transit and will be arriving in FL by 2:00 PM. Next day status changed to delay in transit and will additional time but gave FEDEX tracking number. Contacted FEDEX to locate the shipment, the CSR stated she did not find the tracking number in the system. It appears that the shipment status is manipulated Joybuy. Finally Walmart canceled the order and processed the refund. Please do not buy anything from this company. Very Very Bad Experience ZERO STAR

This is a scam company. I ordered and paid for a Thanksgiving wreath for on my door. They sent me a dish cloth in a small plastic bag. When I wrote about the wreath they said the tracking shows that my package was delivered to my address as requested. They ignore the part where I am telling them I received a dish cloth not a wreath. They purposely are scamming people. They will send you something just so they have tracking information and will deny a refund when it is not what you ordered. They do not deserve any stars, but one star is the lowest this rating system goes. Beware and do not order anything from this company even if it is through Walmart. I ordered from the Walmart site but this is a separate supplier and I cannot believe Walmart is still connected with them in any way.

Placed an order through Wal Mart. Tracking says shipping label was created almost a month ago but tracking has gone no further. Contacted them and received an email that amounted to BS. They suck and I will be more careful in the future, and not order from any company that I'm not sure of. I thought because it was through Walmart that I could trust them. Obviously, Walmart does business with scammers and it may be a good idea to avoid ordering from them as well.

Ordered JBL noise cancellation ear buds, arrived much longer than expected. Writing on box was in different language. Suspected the item was a counterfeit item because the sound was awful, not noise canceling, only one of the ear buds would pair/work at a time. The shipping label came with one international shipping label under a los angeles shipping label. RED FLAG guys!

Ordered a cardigan hoodie November 5th tracked package was supposed to be delivered the 14th it said it was out for delivery did not show up then they changed the update to now shipment is lost in transit.

All these one star reviews can be trusted. We ordered a coat off of WM website, 5-10 day delivery, eta Nov 29. Tracking showed it stopped. Waited patiently 2 more weeks. Wrote to customer service via WM site. Got generic list of excuses, including "You may be confused that maybe the logistics shows that it is already in the US, please note that we use International Logistics as a carrier, and it have two stages, USPS will receive the package only after the order arrives in the US, before it arrives in the US, the logistics information will show that USPS is awaiting, please do not worry, the logistics are in transit. " Nope. Not shipped. I cancelled through Walmart customer service, as they are good backing the services. BUT Walmart needs to ban this company as there are too many negative experiences with this company. Joybuy seemingly lies through their teeth and ignores the customer issue by sending out the generic email excuses. They are acting like a scammer. It gives Walmart a bad name for having such a seller on the WM Market.

Wow! Now I'm scared. I've been ordering off the internet for years, and it was only recently that I had an order get really messed up. I ordered something off of a Walmart site about three months ago. Something to help my cancer-ridden brother (it was a non-medical item, however). Anyway, I tracked this item on the Walmart website, and it kept bouncing around all over the place. I thought, huh!? After about one month and long after my brother needed it, I called Walmart customer service, I believe, and the woman stated, "Oh, you'll never get that" and stated she WOULD TRY to get me a refund. I did get that refund, I believe, but I didn't really check out my statement. Now, given these comments, I wish I had checked! Plus, I realize now that I just ordered something else from JoyBuy (which should be called NoJoyBuy) because I just went in today to check where this shipment was at and saw the exact same thing happening with this package too--shipment info. and locations kept moving around. Sure, enough, when I checked the other item (the one I was told was going to be refunded), I saw they were from this SAME company!! Cripes! Now I'll have to wait a month and hope Walmart can get me another refund, that is if they even did so the first time. It was a smaller amount, so I admit I didn't specifically check my next stmt. to make sure I got the refund. Now I'm doubly nervous if I even got a "refund" the first time, and now I'm going to have to go through the same thing again, just buying another product from Walmart a few months later! (Most people don't realize that most of the products on Walmart.com are not Walmart products, but from a multiple of brands who just pay Walmart to advertise on the site.) Really makes Walmart look bad, and I know their brand value is far too important to them to let this sort of shenanigans go on. That company again!" Even saying she would TRY to get me a refund, as if knowing that not every customer does even though they should get one. Who doesn't want to get an item for the lowest price, and then they make it look like it will be delivered any day, only to have it go into "delayed" and then bounce back and forth between multiple locations, hoping, I'd imagine, the customer will forget about it at some point. How horrible too that some people got the completely wrong item delivered to them. I'd imagine this would be so the NoJoyBuy (I'm anointing them this new name) Company can say, "Oh, you got your item delivered!" And, good luck trying to convince them that you got a washcloth instead of the toolbox you ordered, or something like that. Seriously!! At least now I know to never order an item from Walmart with the "JoyBuy" name attached to it. And, now I have to think twice about any item I order from Walmart in the future. I'm already anticipating the 2nd item I ordered, since the delivery info. is jumping all over the place again, will wind up "lost" like the first item. But, at least I may be able to get a refund. I don't know. That's why I'm scared.
