after a 3 week wait I received 3 crapy items, none of which were the One Item I'd Ordered. No response from Joybuy at all. I guess I'm a Former Walmart Shopper! PS we need a Zero star rating option

3.5mm Audio Y Splitter Cable - 1 female to 2 male Converter does not work and neither WalMart or Joybuy will even respond to getting me a part that does work. Give both WalMart and Joybuy a big fat zero rating (but the rating system down below does not have a zero rating. Sleazy way to avoid someone actually telling the real story.

Joybuy and Walmart are terrible. They sell crap and will not return your money when the crap breaks. They are both frauds and sam Walton would be ashamed of what his company has become. Should be rated a negative 1 star.

This Vendor does not have the capability to be selling at any store. Irresponsible! inaccurate! unreliable! And much more I could say. I do Not recommend to purchase anything from this customer. By Aware of it. You may not receive the Item at all. But no refund either. It is A real pain on the Neck!

Walmart and Joybuy are horrible. Products are sub par at best, complete crap, using deceptive advertising or broken/missing parts. Returns / customer service is also sub par / non existence. Be Warned....Do NOT buy Anything from these companies. You will be wasting your time and money. Wish I could add photos to show just how bad the problem is. I have photos showing the advertised products and photos showing the product sent... should be considered criminal fraud.
