Joybuy sent the wrong items, gave me the wrong return instructions making my return impossible and then refused to help me after the return window closed. They asked me to send VIDEOS (creepy!) in order to process my return and then wouldn’t let me return the items!

Do NOT purcase from this company. The sizes of the clothing is not correct and they will not return the item. THEY SUCK!!!

OMG! I wish I had seen all these comments prior to placing my order. I knew I was purchasing a wireless mouse from a Walmart 3rd party seller, however, I trusted Walmart to have trustworthy people on there site. I was wrong. Joybuy said the mouse would be delivered December 6th, then it changed to December 13th. I cancelled the order right away even though it was in the "shipped'' stage. Walmart refunded my card the $5.99 within hours of cancelling.

I ordered a camouflage ps3 controller and it was supposed to have been shipped on November 28th but usps has not received it. The item never left Jamaica new York. What is the problem.

Hello yes. One day my mom had ordered a mouse from them for me (months ago). After a while she checked the tracking thing and it was in Los Angeles. She HAD to wait for it for like months or something just to realize that it wasn't coming. She emailed them multiple times in a row. They refused refunds. finally she got them to say they were gonna give her money back but they never did! Do not buy from this company. It is a scam, it is also garbage. I don't understand why Walmart keeps them on here.

Scam!!! I purchased a FULL SIZE child slide through Wal-Mart sold by Joybuy.... Somehow from this seller distribution center to my home the package shrunk to only 8oz. I am greatly disappointed!!! And of course when I try to look up the product again on Wal-Mart it is no longer able to be viewed. The company isn’t offering any refund due false statements about there product. Dont waste your money or time with this company. Delivery takes at least 2months and if you need to return anything they will not accept it. They will try to use the date you purchased the product In order to say that it has over exceeded the 35 day return policy . They are a fucken joke.

Please read the reviews before you purchase a product from them. I also thought that buying from Walmart would not have this issue but here I am stuck with a $13 pair of virtual reality glasses when I ordered a $50 pair of smart glasses. Walmart has been nice so far but I feel like I have not gotten anywhere in the refund process yet. Immediately called Walmart upon receiving the wrong product and they said to wait 48 hours for an email from them. No email after 48 hours and Walmart again said to wait another 48 hours as an "escalation". Very frustrating process. AVOID JOYBUY!

Don't buy from them they will send you the wrong item from Walmart market and then have you to send them all of the tracking information and still won't make things right have they mess up! I was trying to purchase a blanket for a friend who lost family due to covid-19 it was her Christmas gift.. They told the Walmart association that they would make it right and once I purchased it they would sell it to me at the same price I brought it for. They didn't notify Walmart that they would be contacting me via email after I sent everything they ask for including pictures of the item they sent went back to the postal service and had them to print out the tracking and documents and they came up with another liar saying it wasn't the right tracking. I have been in contact with Walmart about this matter and hopefully this will result in them not being able to sell on in the market! I will be posting this review any and everywhere I can!

I too was taken by Joybuy, I haven't received my order, Ordered from Walmart.com as a guest. No conformation number so I cant track or have any way of proof other than where it was taken out of my account. Wont be ordering from eigher again. Wouldn't even give a 1 rating had to to submit comments

Not even good enough to give it a star. Items sat in distribution center in Jamaica NY for 12 days from Dec 6-18. Was supposed to have December 15. Called Walmart.com and they got it moving. Given another delivery date of December 22. Made it to my post office December 22. Was not delivered so I checked status. It was shipped to another post office several hours away? Called Walmart.com on 12/23. Took the guy several minutes to figure out what was going on. Now they say it will be her tomorrow 12/24. The items were Xmas shirts and will be returned when I get them.

I placed an order with JoyBuy on December 5 2020 and was told my item would be received on December 16th. I called and was told there was a issue with the label on yesterday then an email saying that the item was in my area, only to be told this morning the day before Christmas my item was lost. Needless to say I will never order from this company again. The run around is ridiculous. If I could give a zero I would have.

Placed an order on dec 24, they were quick to process and take my money, but I never got even a confirmation email or tracking. I had to contact specifically for that and they played dumb about it. When i noticed the tracking details hadn't changed since they took my money, I decided to opt in for text updates. I try to be understanding bc of covid, but it has been sitting in OH(??) for two weeks not even trying to ship it to me! Miracuslously after I opted in for text updates it shipped out the next day! What a coincidence!!

The return policy with this Joybuy company is horrible. The return label did not download no matter how many times I attempted to download it. So, I am stuck with this shirt that does not fit. I would give -1 stars but that is not available. So, I will give a 1-star so others can be warned about this company.

I will not make a purchase through this company again. I was a little frustrated that the order was placed in December and promised delivery by the 24th, than by the 30th and now arrived on the 4th. However, the reason will not be purchasing again is the lack of care for customers purchase and package. I ordered to game controllers, which were in off the shelve boxes and then placed in a bag and shipped to me. One box was opened and the other had holes in it. Thats just really sad. Pitiful service.

I ordered an item through Walmart website. The delivery date was given to me AFTER purchasing and the delivery date was too long so I immediately started the cancel process...got an email from Walmart website that someone would get back to me in 48 hours. Instead I got a confirmation my order was shipped. I selected the refund option and had to select fed ex option and the terms were they would give me a label via Q code when I go to ship the item which won’t be here for me to return for a month...where is the q code? Now I’m going to be stuck with an item i no longer want and my money not returned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!

I wish I had read the Joybuy ratings (1's) before ordering the Willstar Inflatable Stress Punching Tower Bag sold by Joybuy for WMT.COM on 2/15. It is supposedly being shipped by PNEUMATEK, LLC and might(?) arrive 3/4 or 3/5? Had I read the lousy ratings on Joybuy I would have looked for a better Walmart seller. I no longer want this item. I spend around $1,300 per month at WMT.COM (for around the last 8 years) and may consider quitting WMT for better companies (E.G. Target, Staples, L.L. Bean, etc.). I will NEVER even look at anything for sale by Joybuy, again. I'll be tossing out this garbage if it arrives - no loss. (I'd give them a zero star if I could. I ordered a throw. The photo had it on a full-size bed. It arrived the size of a hand towel and the hem was unfinished. I tried to return it. They first said the would refund me. Then they sent a second email telling me they can’t refund me due to system errors and that they were sorry. I’m shocked Walmart allows their products on their site.

Purchased a child's motorized vehicle through Walmart.com app on my phone - not realizing I wasn't purchasing truly from Walmart. Then gave the gift as a birthday present to our grandson several weeks later. When they opened it, the product wouldn't work. We tried to return to Walmart, and learned we only had 30 days to return through this seller. Even if the product is defective, they do not stand by their product past 30 days. I requested a replacement part, or asked where I could order a replacement part. They indicated they had responded to me already and no other responses would be provided. The customer service doesn't deserve a 1 star.

I got my order and was so excited. It was a XXL cover up. It was so small it had to be a size 0. I checked the label and it did say XXL. No information in the package, just the garment in a zip lock type bag with a sticker on it. No card to tell them why I wanted to return it. I could not find a return address on the package or online. When I went online to find out how to return the item it says "5. 30-day unconditional return does not apply to clothes, shoes and hats that have the warranty card missing or the security labels and tags tampered with." I had no kind of card or tags come with it. Save yourself - Don't buy from this company!!!

I ordered a blouse from a Walmart.com ad on Facebook, not realizing it wasn’t actually Walmart. I ordered an XXL, but when it came, it was more like a medium. I took it to my local Walmart, they took the blouse, but they said any refund would have to come from the original seller: Joybuy. I got a receipt and a tracking number. I was told the refund would take up to 2 weeks. After reading the reviews I found here, I wonder if I will ever see that refund, though.

I ordered a wast bin for my car through Walmart. I received order confirmation with tracking number and date of April 13 to receive. About the 20th I called Walmart because tracking said it was still in Jamaica NY. They were right on it and issued me a refund and told me to enjoy it for free if it arrives. If could give 0 stars I would. Every time O order from here it rake almost a month for my item(s) to get to me and half the time its the wrong color or size that you order. They refuse to give refunds and usually offer you 1/4 or the price you paid then when you decline they'll offer a little bit more BUT never the entire amount you paid and when you refuse they just stop responding to your emails. I purchased an item from Walmart, not knowing it was from JoyBuy. After 3 weeks of not recving my item, I requested a refund. The price was the thing that reeled me in. Walmart did refund my money but it takes up to ten days to get a refund. Bottom line: read all the reviews, it’s a reason this company gets 1 out of 5 stars. This company is a joke!!! Their women's sizes are, at most, a small preteen size. Not good quality either. I had them sent to my daughter in another state and Walmart wouldn't let her return them with the original cc. Nonsense! She had my order info! I would give them zero stars... I order a product from Joybuy,.. and had a expected date of 2 weeks... For my surprise it came in 3 days... I was super happy, just to find out they sent me a completely wrong product. Tried to get a replacement with for my original order. Through emails they requested photos of what i had received... Well after a week....they promised me a refund... They said it may take up to 10 days... So, my money now will be tied for 3 days since ordered, +7 days waiting for a decision, + 10 days to get the refund. THAT'S 3 WEEKS WITHOUT MY MONEY. Unacceptable. Not only does it say delivered to an individual days before and ask u wait 2 days before asking for a refund. I bought 2 xmas shirts that were so pretty. They finally came returned one, asked them to cancel my other and of course they refunded my money. Arrives days later. Get email from Joybuy asking about it and told them I would check when I go to work. Yes delivered. I brought the first one back to Walmart, no problems other than waiting at least a half hour. I figured I'd do the same with second. Walmart doesnt know what to do after waiting more than a half hour. Bring it back home wrote to Joybuy telling them address to pickup. Recieved note to follow return directions. I follow return directions and it won't give me any postage or bars as it's already been refunded. I'm done wasting my time. You have the address you sent it to either send a barcode or come to that address. I wouldnt use it for a dust rag, never felt anything like it. Walmart please quit outsourcing your sales. You're bringing your economical items that you get more than your money's worth to this junk. Also you're so understaffed like everyone, not much you can do about that but possibly rethink your customer service dept. Possibly stay in the retail store division and out of banking. Nobody having a problem wants to stand in long line while people are sending wire transfers. At least have separate lines.

This was broken and scratched in my mailbox. It didn't work. It didn't come with a back to hold in the batteries and where the batteries go it was busted so I had to tape the batteries in to try to test to see if it even worked, you know the voice. And even with the tape the batteries kept falling out. This was literally not what is described in the description it is awful and I would not recommend it.

Joy buy sent me an incomplete product. They offer to give me $10 to solve the issue. That was a joke. I had no idea if the product even worked and they made it seem like I was in the wrong. Will not recommend this seller giving them 1 star because I don’t have the option of zero or negative.

I ordered an inflatable costume for my son, and have had nothing but headache. I did not once receive accurate tracking info for my order, I ordered it 10/16, delivery for 10/25, and it didn’t ship until 10/25. I tried to contact JoyBuy Express, and received no response from them, even after waiting the 48 hours, I contacted Walmart.com 3 times only to hear 3 different explanations about the status of my order. First time, it shipped and the info hasn’t been updated will be there on time, 2nd time it shipped on the date it was supposed to be delivered but guaranteed it would be here by the 27th, 3rd time the tracking information I had did not seem to be for my order. No movement on the info and they told me it was lost. This is the 3rd time this has happened when ordering from Walmart.com, and all I can say is if you are going to use 3rd party shippers, make sure they are reputable because they are dragging Walmart’s already muddled name through more mud. If I could give this a 0 star I would. Terrible!!!!

I would give this company less than zero. I ordered an item from Walmart. What I received was not what was pictured. WALMART REFUSED TO HELP ME. I had to do everything with JoyBuy myself. They were extremely uncooperative. They asked for my order number MULTIPLE TIMES. I sent it MULTIPLE times. They asked for pictures MULTIPLE TIMES. I sent them MULTIPLE TIMES. Then they said they would not help me if I did not send a picture of the plastic envelope. The envelope had been shrink-wrapped over the item. There was no other bag or packaging. I had to very carefully cut the bag off and then threw it away since it could not be reused. Oh. It gets worse. They have contacted me many, many times via Walmart. I have asked them to stop contacting me. They refused. I had Walmart ask them to stop contacting me. They continued. I have escalated this to the top of Walmart. I am so angry. Walmart tells me to block them. I tried but they are contacting me via a Walmart relay and it won't block. This company is the worst.

I bought 5 clothing items. Every single one was made of an odd synthetic material. None of them had any shape - they were just neck and armholes and draped, even though each one was supposed to be a different style. In addition, each one said to size up and I used the accompanying size chart, but everything was 2 sizes too small. I tried to return them and they didn't want them back so told me to keep them. I ended up donating them all. All are cheaply made Chinese-manufactured. Do not buy!!!!

Ordered a hamper, 12 days later, received what looked like a small dust cloth. Went to my order on Walmart and applied for a refund. I was given instructions and options for returning. I chose return by Fedx and was emailed a return label. Within the hour I received a text from Walmart saying a refund was issued. Package delivered 1:53 PM Refund issued 4:25 PM.
