I received an email that my package was delivered and left with an individual..It was NOT delivered.. also, i never receive an email with a tracking # that it had even been shipped and no tracking # shows in the email that the item was delivered.. I need an explanation and delivery of the item or a full refund

I ordered maple syrup. I was a great deal too. I did get a tracking number. It did say it was delivered, but as others said, it NEVER showed up. I did get a refund from Walmart online. I even went to the post office with the tracking number and they said it was a bogus number. Walmart needs to investigate this company more. They make Walmart look bad. I would of been a repeat customer to. Sooo sad!

Just like the other reviewers mention, I ordered from this seller through the Walmart website. The item showed delivered but never arrived. I tried to contact the seller and never heard anything back. They mention on their seller details that they "specialize in customer service". They might want to update that to reflect the truth. I wish I would have researched this "seller" before purchasing, they seem to be running a scam. Stay away!

Ordered Alessi breadsticks through Wallmart. Received a tracking number saying it was delivered. Never was.Here is their response Hi Judith! In reference to your order , our team had concluded that the package had been lost in transit for reasons unknown. We are unable to replenish the said product due to the recent increasing demand of the product which exhausted our inventory. Our billing department has the process the refund of your money. We appreciate your understanding and we look forward to serving you in the near future. Sincerely, JJSQ & Co LLC. I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on Wallmart for dealing with such a corrupt company
