Never received my package. I responded to your "How did we do?" email and explained the situation. Have not heard back. Wow I had no idea you had so many horrible reviews. I wish I had not bought this item from you. And I would think Walmart would not want to be affiliated with a seller who has such a bad reputation! I will be contacting them.

You failed to provide the advertised quantity of the product. The website clearly shows a "Pack of 4" Dermand. I received one tube. I have complained to Walmart and will not pay for one fourth of what was advertised. My credit card company will be contacted and the charge will be removed from my bill. I will never use one of your products again.

Purchased advanced digital ovulation kit but received wrong item , a regular cheaper version of the kit. Returned it back to Walmart . The item arrived pretty fast though.

Here is the current status: August 22, 2020$38.06 Order #5062098-7243941 item Delayed—check back later for status update(Package 1 of 1) Out for delivery via USPSTrack package Align Probiotic Daily Digestive Health Supplement Capsules, 56 Ct It was received at the Norman post office on Thursday, August 27th at 8:27am and is out for delivery but delayed. Not sure why it hasn't been delivered. I have to submit a rating - it won't let me continue otherwise, so I'm giving a one star since I haven't received it.

Product packaging was crushed and damaged, but appears that it was shipped in that condition, as it’s the type of crushing that appears old, with box becoming soft due to poor handling at the vendor’s end, not in shipping. Bottle was not damaged, but the appearance of the product packaging is something I would not have chosen from a shelf if I were shopping myself. Poor storage conditions at the source.

The product came very quickly, but unfortunately the box was somewhat crushed in transit. Upon inspection, I noticed that ten of the twenty-eight capsule enclosures were dented. I don't want to open them until I am ready to use them so I don't know if they are damaged. Service was great, but I am giving a two star rating based on the condition of the package.

My order Of Viviscal arrived on time and in good shape, but it has to be used for 3 months to see a difference so I have no review yet as to whether or not it works. For now, 3 stars simply based on shipping.

I have not received my package. I got the email saying it was delivered. I went out and checked the porch and my yard. No package. I checked with my neighbors and no one saw it.

It took entirely too long to get the medicine to me. Should have been shipped immediately, but you did not do that. I had to make a trip to purchase Zyrtec while I was waiting on your shipment. If you can’t deliver meds immediately, you should not sell them thru Walmart.

Unfortunately you did not send me what I ordered. Online the photo and description indicated Viviscal extra strength - which is what I wanted. The product I received is not extra strength so not as good. Hoping I can get the correct product.

I was not happy, when I ordered it from you, it did not say how it was going to be delivered. Either by USPS or FedEx. I live in a remote area, I only get my mail at the Post Box. So it was sent to back because they don't do home delivery. I know it isn't your fault but there needs to be more clarification as how things are shipped, then I could have changed things.

I wouldn't say you did to well. It took three weeks to receive a box of allergy medication. I would have shopped in the store but for the Pandemic. I could have brought my purchase home with me. However this was part of a larger order. One part has to be refunded because it was either damaged during shipping, or has been lost and that was the only one. So, no this hasn't been a happy experience for me. Sorry, but I am not a happy shopper. I will shop other retailers from here on.

Arnicare Cream was not packaged well. It was just thrown in an envelope. No insulating packaging. Tube was crushed and leaking at bottom. Wanted to return it, but too much of a hassle.

This was a fraudulent order. I don’t know person to whom it’s shipped, nor do I recognize credit card number. I have called 4 times & cancelled 10 orders from you & Walmart thus far. How many orders am I going to have to cancel before you put a fraud alert in this?!?
