Never received my package. I responded to your "How did we do?" email and explained the situation. Have not heard back. Wow I had no idea you had so many horrible reviews. I wish I had not bought this item from you. And I would think Walmart would not want to be affiliated with a seller who has such a bad reputation! I will be contacting them.

You failed to provide the advertised quantity of the product. The website clearly shows a "Pack of 4" Dermand. I received one tube. I have complained to Walmart and will not pay for one fourth of what was advertised. My credit card company will be contacted and the charge will be removed from my bill. I will never use one of your products again.

Purchased advanced digital ovulation kit but received wrong item , a regular cheaper version of the kit. Returned it back to Walmart . The item arrived pretty fast though.

I paid $26 extra for expited shipping twice as much as product. Did no get delivered until regular shipping.

Not sure why it hasn't been delivered. I have to submit a rating - it won't let me continue otherwise, so I'm giving a one star since I haven't received it.

The package contents was smashed when we received it....there was no bubble wrap or wrapping around the product.

Product packaging was crushed and damaged, but appears that it was shipped in that condition, as it’s the type of crushing that appears old, with box becoming soft due to poor handling at the vendor’s end, not in shipping. Bottle was not damaged, but the appearance of the product packaging is something I would not have chosen from a shelf if I were shopping myself. Poor storage conditions at the source.

The product came very quickly, but unfortunately the box was somewhat crushed in transit. Upon inspection, I noticed that ten of the twenty-eight capsule enclosures were dented. I don't want to open them until I am ready to use them so I don't know if they are damaged. Service was great, but I am giving a two star rating based on the condition of the package.

My order Of Viviscal arrived on time and in good shape, but it has to be used for 3 months to see a difference so I have no review yet as to whether or not it works. For now, 3 stars simply based on shipping.

I just responded to and earlier email. I ordered two Alli and my Visa was charged for two, but I only received one. I would like my Visa credited for the item I didn't receive.

I have not received my package. I got the email saying it was delivered. I went out and checked the porch and my yard. No package. I checked with my neighbors and no one saw it.

I ordered Vivisca extra strength and got regular viviscal . I am not real satisfied. I’m not sure if there is anything I can do.

Delivery was BAD. arrived a week late. until the coved is done. I think I will have to order with Amazon, to insure on time delivery.

It took entirely too long to get the medicine to me. Should have been shipped immediately, but you did not do that. I had to make a trip to purchase Zyrtec while I was waiting on your shipment. If you can’t deliver meds immediately, you should not sell them thru Walmart.

Unfortunately you did not send me what I ordered. Online the photo and description indicated Viviscal extra strength - which is what I wanted. The product I received is not extra strength so not as good. Hoping I can get the correct product.

Wrong product, only sent one (ordered 2).

I was not happy, when I ordered it from you, it did not say how it was going to be delivered. Either by USPS or FedEx. I live in a remote area, I only get my mail at the Post Box. So it was sent to back because they don't do home delivery. I know it isn't your fault but there needs to be more clarification as how things are shipped, then I could have changed things.

Unfortunately, I was sent Zyrtec instead of Claritin. Could you refund my money or overnight me the Claritin? Thank you

I have placed order(Probiotic drops) at that time count was showing 4 and they have delivered only 1 count. Seems fake business running . Actually one star is minimum otherwise i will give 0 star.

After I ordered my item, I saw that it would be delivered after I needed it so I immediately chose to cancel the order. It was sent any way and it was after I needed it.

Don't know how the product worked. It took 3 weeks to get here and I no longer needed it. It went all around the state at least twice. Then to another state and finally to me. I am returning it to you. You need a better shipping system

Item is just what I wanted. However, it took too long to deliver and damaged. I’m not sending back because the bottle wasn’t damaged.

It came quickly one of the package was a little bit smooshed.

I wouldn't say you did to well. It took three weeks to receive a box of allergy medication. I would have shopped in the store but for the Pandemic. I could have brought my purchase home with me. However this was part of a larger order. One part has to be refunded because it was either damaged during shipping, or has been lost and that was the only one. So, no this hasn't been a happy experience for me. Sorry, but I am not a happy shopper. I will shop other retailers from here on.

inadequately packed. product box flattened, risking this expensive otc medication spilling out of the dual small containers therein.

Sent WRONG item. Received Claritin, not Zyrtec.

Arnicare Cream was not packaged well. It was just thrown in an envelope. No insulating packaging. Tube was crushed and leaking at bottom. Wanted to return it, but too much of a hassle.

I do not like the pump bottle that this product came in. I prefer the tube. I did not realize it was a pump bottle when I bought it.

Item ordered was as advertised have only been using products for a couple of days so I cannot speak on product and its effectiveness, Items arrived intact and quickly.

Package was all messed up, but product seems to be ok. This company needs to be focused on NOT MESSING up any product packaging. Bubble wrap around the product would help immensely.

Took a while to get here and because of the plastic envelope the item was crushed because there was no box to protect it but the price was reasonable and free shipping. Great product.
