Horrible customer service. I was missing an item in a shipment I received (3 out of 4 items were in the package). When I contacted them about this, they responded with tracking information stating that I already received my items (no kidding... I have to receive the package before I know its missing an item). They did not bother to read the details of my message to identify that my problem was about an item missing from my order and not with a missing shipment. Pure laziness is all I can say. My issue is still unresolved.

I have been waiting 48hr to hear from Seenda about my package that was said to have delivered, but has not. What is going on why is it taking so long for response.

I ordered two magnetic screen curtains from SEENDA through WalMart. The screens don't work - not enough velcro to hold them up, and the magnets don't connect as they should. It's not a good product. I've been trying to contact the company to return the screens and they are NOT responding to my many emails. DON'T ORDER FROM SEENDA!!!!! They are not reliable and they have bad products!
