Never rcvd my ring - or an update/callback from the company or walmart. I asked for a refund. SCAM - joke.

Save your time and just crumble your money up and throw it in the trash. This company is a complete joke. Stone fell out after just a couple of weeks and can't get ahold.of anyone for a refund policy. Don't waste ur time. I will never buy from them again. Wish my husband wouldn't have wasted the 200$ on a cheap ass ring.

I received my earrings today. They are pretty. I won't blame you, like others have, for how long it took to receive. My main concern is that it was not accompanied by any documentation to certify that they are moisannite or that they are actually set in white gold. It seems to be Sterling. Please send me something or I'll send them back. Thank you.

Horrible. I ordered my wedding ring on January 2. It was for a 25 year vow renewal. It was supposed to be delivered January 20, the day after my birthday. At 5:50 am on January 20th i received an email saying it was refunded because they could not locate the stones needed to make the ring????. This was strange since for 2 to 3 days it was showing it as shipped. Also my account shows no refund. We had planned a vow renewal and this was also a birthday gift. I really appreciate the heads up on the day it was suppossed to be delivered. Thanks for nothing.

We ordered a ring November they told us the ring would be here by December 14th as of today December 23rd no ring the shipper hasn’t released the ring I was excited for the ring now I am just pissed off it was going to by my Christmas gift from my husband,never again we r at the pint just give us a refund we r done I even ask Walmart online if this was a real company,they said yes

Ordered a ring and took forever to cone in. Had it maybe a month and the stone came out of it. Tried to file a claim and can’t get a hold of anyone! I have gone almost 5 months without any response! You pay for insurance but can’t use it! Go figure! I purchased a replacement from another company and it is way better then this company can even offer.

Fuck this Company all of their rings are a piece of Shit ! im sorry but $190 is too high for their products to become a defect , and the worst part about it is they don't have any sort of warranty at all i would NOT recommend this company to anyone , they're a Complete Rip off. the quality of their products are Piss Poor thats all i have to say

I ordered a ring for my wife for Christmas weeks ago and now I'm just hoping it makes it here PERIOD. It's been sitting in Houston (Not even close to me) since Nov 24th. I understand Holiday shipping is crazy but this is ridiculous. If it arrives on time or at all, I'll update my review or post another one. If you're in a hurry, find it somewhere else.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! paid 150$ for what i thought would be a nice engagement ring and got the ring and the band was much smaller than they made it look thankfully my lovely lady didnt mind. then not four days later and the diamond fell right out of the ring. Suppose thats what i get for not looking at the reviews fuck me!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a unique 1.5 carrot ruby ring about a month ago I was so excited that it came in and I opened it up and it looked like it came out of a gum ball machine the ruby was so small

If I could leave a zero star I would! I have been wanting a morganite diamond for longest time. When we saw they were marked down at a reasonable price. We finally purchased one. Dec 7th it was supposed to be here BEFORE CHRISTMAS! YEAH RIGHT!!! I guess the price was the 1st thing too good to be true. Before Christmas was the 2nd, the quality was the 3rd!!! Walmart should be ashamed to even have their name associated with this company! Buy more expensive people and go somewhere else! First.... the ring was never shipped out... we watched it track and it just sat! Then this was a trip set and the 2 of the bands didnt even go with it after it was shipped after christmas!!! Email after email no answers!!! Oh let us give you 10% off your next order lmao well people let me tell you what we got in the mail. Not a morganite diamond. It looked like a ring from a gumball machine the gem was so pink it was unreal!!! I immediately went to Walmart to compare the two stones I actually took a photo of the ring we recieved next to a real morganite ... totally different colors. I finally got my ring after waiting for 2 weeks and it’s was supposed have been 3 rings and it was only 1 I’m so pissed

This is an update to my previous review. I ordered a 10k, rose gold, green diamond ring and received (after a slow delivery) a totally different ring that did not have gold markings, had a stone that did not test as a diamond and was cheaply made costume jewelry. I received a refund with the help of Walmart after being initially told they do not do/help with the refunds from marketplace sellers . They initially only offered to only assist in mailing the wrong ring back. I told them I would go to the BBB and then I got an e-mail saying I would get a refund. I found the image of the ring I ordered actually belongs to an Etsy seller. When I contacted that seller, they told me that they have never heard of JeenMata/Jeen Trading and did not know why they were using their images. I also found other images JeenMata is using that belong to other Etsy sellers. Another Etsy seller I contacted also told me they had never heard of JeenMata and they also did not know why their images were being used. Walmart really needs to stop allowing this vender to sell in their marketplace. I believe they also need to relook at their entire handling of marketplace selling. I had not ordered from Walmart.com before and was not aware at first that this was a 3rd party seller. It is very clear on Amazon. Also, the emails I received about my order confirmation and delivery were also from Walmart. This assisted my confusion. As long as Walmart has Jeen Trading as a vender, I will not be shopping at any Walmart store. I simply will not use Walmart.com again at all. Zero stars if I could

Stay away from this company! I ordered from JeenMata through Walmart. Was sent the wrong ring. The ring received is a piece of cheap costume jewelry. A pear shaped, green diamond ring, set in a 10k rose gold bezel with champagne diamond sides stones, was ordered. Received a white metal 'twig" style ring with a rough white stone set in prongs. The metal was not stamped and the stone did not test as a diamond. The ring looks and feels very cheap. The finishing is poor. I am first working with Walmart for a refund and then will try working with my CC company if that does not work. Also, they charged my CC right off even though Walmart said it would not be charged until sent. Tracking # was made, but item was not sent out for 3 weeks. I had no way to cancel the order when is wasn't being shipped. JeenMata has not responded to my email about the wrong ring being sent. (They had responded before when I contacted them about the the ring not being sent. They gave excuses.) I would give JeenMata zero stars if I could! I will no longer order from Walmart.com because I never want to get caught with a 3rd party seller again!

I found the perfect engagement ring on Wal-Mart’s app and I absolutely loved it, my fiancé ordered it in a size 6.5 when it arrived he immediately could tell it was too big, it actually fit on his finger not to mention it was the wrong ring. The ring I picked was an emerald cut stone and the one they sent was princess cut. We took it to our local Wal-Mart to find out it was a size 9. The letter that accompanied the ring has an email address for issues with the order which I used to contact the company. At first, customer service was excellent, they answered every email within 24 hours and were very apologetic and helpful. I was instructed to return the ring at my cost to them and they would send the correct ring in the correct size. When I returned it, I went as far as to include a picture of the one we wanted. I insured the ring of-course and as soon as I received notification of them receiving it, I reached out to them again. The next morning, Tuesday Jan 8th 2019, they responded and said they were preparing the correct ring in the correct size and would send a picture shortly for me to verify before shipping. I have not been able to get a response from them since despite my two separate requests for an update. Tomorrow we are contacting Wal-Mart to see if they can help get our money back. It is so disappointing to have to go through all of this. After reading all the other reviews with everyone having the same issues, I really hope Wal-Mart discontinues this company as a vendor because we trusted Wal-Mart and that is the only reason we ordered from this company. I am very happy to see that Wal-Mart helped everyone else resolve their issues though so I am hopeful ours will be resolved as well.

If I wanted to be honest, this deserves zero stars. My husband purchased a ring from this company well over a month ago and not only did they forget to ship it they sent him a crooked ring. It's a ring I chose out and found myself in awe BUT once it finally arrived the diamond's placement was exceedingly crooked. It's unavoidable! There's also so much of a gap between the diamond and the ring that it has begun to collect dust in between. I am highly disappointed and was looking forward to the moment of its arrival which was according to my husband meant to be on mother's day but that clearly didn't happen. Buyer be aware! I wish Walmart would handle jewelry more carefully with sellers like these.

Very unhappy picture looked beautiful and a lot bigger. I get the ring it doesn’t fit and it is made for a child. Very thin and not worth what I paid. So trying to return but still have not had any one respond back yet it’s been 2 weeks. Went through Walmart.com and I’m hoping the can help me. 0 stars

I was searching for a perfect engagement ring. I am older and do not see the point in spending thousands of dollars on a ring when there are so many other things that the money could be used for. I personally feel in love with one of the rings this company offers before even knowing the price. I have been so disappointed because we had so many issues with this company. First they sent us a tracking number that never went past pending. I called the company many times to get an answering machine. Finally I was able to speak with someone and she said that there was an issue with the order and her systems were down so they could not help me but promised the ring would be sent asap . She said she would send us an updated tracking number witch never happened. Finally the ring arrived I was so excited until the package was opened and to my surprise it was not the ring we ordered not even close. So I called the company number that is here on Walmart site again to no avail. so I called Walmart while the customer service representative from Walmart and I are on the phone talking to the representative from Jeen Trading , Jeen Mata whoever the company is their representative hung up on us. They said they would send a packing slip to ship the ring that was not ordered back to them and they would not start the process of getting the original ring ordered started until they received the wrong ring they sent us back.That was Friday by the following Tuesday still no label even though she said it would be at the end of business Friday before we received it. I called the company several times Monday with no answer. I emailed the company several times with no response. I was in love with the ring I picked and really wanted it. Walmart was great at handling the issue. Jeen Trading was contacted Tuesday by Walmart and we were told that they had to make the ring and it would be the end of the following week before it was sent out. They gladly took our money but we had to wait and wait on our ring. My trust level with this company is so low I just told them to refund our money. We went and found a different ring. I am sad I could not get the ring I had my heart set on. Then searching the web I found the exact ring I wanted on ebay. well almost the exact ring. It states that it is silver with 18k gold over instead of the 14k gold I ordered. Jeen Trading LLC or Jeen Mata are using the exact pictures this company is advertising on eBay. down to the one with a piece of white lint or hair stuck in one of the prongs. So this has me wondering who is scamming who. The ring that I found on ebay is $2.18... I went thru walmart because I knew if there were any issues I would Have walmart backing me and thank God I did. Because working with this company has been a nightmare. I am just heartbroken I could not get the ring I feel in love with but I guess everything happens for a reason. First and foremost this is the first review I have ever written for a company. The wedding band has tool marks, scratches from what look to be a botched polishing, is bent and the wrong size. The engagement ring is smaller than advertised by .25 ct, has scratches on inside of ring and outer band and is also the wrong size. It is also missing the stamp that shows the quality of gold it’s supposed to be. I had to search in order to get a phone number because the invoice was to be sent to an email addresss for issues/concerns. Once I get the return information, I will update this review to show how the return policy works.
