JBTools customer service is absolute garbage. They sent me a damaged creeper and had me send it back yet NEVER REFUNDED MY ACCOUNT! All they do is give me the run around through email. Total scumbags.

Bought items, never shipped. Showing credit on items bought (not able to verify yet) DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SELLER!!! WALMART NEEDS TO BAN THEM!

Order from these people at your own risk. They require a signature before they'll let FedX deliver your shipment. Should you not realize this and happen to be unavailable, FedX will eventually return the shipment to JB Tools. Get this.... JB Tools will REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY until such time as FedX finally gets the package back to JB Tools. JB Tools will tell you none of this, of course. Order from these people at your own risk
