My item is back ordered. I have sent several messages to Ursula, LLC with no response from the LLC.
- written by Derryl Johnston on Aug 04, 2021 at 10:43: SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sent me an item to my "general area" and claimed that they were having software issues so "the tracking may show wrong info." Also, the dimensions and weight of the package according to tracking was way less than the item I ordered.
