Scamming the public. They are FALSELY representing they are sellers our of products. If you purchase from them - they will place an order on another website at a cheaper price and ship it to you. This is a SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. WE have the proof and will be reporting them to Walmart! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Very disappointed. Charges double the cost for items. Deserves a negative rating.

I ordered Holiday Time g40 60count christmas lights from them through WalMart. The only lights I received were from Target.com, Target winterwonderland lights and all in Target.com packaging. Never ever my Holiday Time. I paid $33 plus change for each box; the Target lights were marked $15. WalMart should remove them from their authorized vendor list. Truly, they suck. I just hope I receive my refund Don't do business with this people

Deceptive . I purchased a doll through Walmart by this seller for 20 they cancelled my order then raised the price to 30 . The African American doll is 30 while the white doll is 14 and the Spanish doll is 12 (exact same doll ) I however found it on Amazon for 14.00 . Never buy from them

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING from Innovative Commerce Solutions! I purchased a shed for nearly $3000. I was sent a shipping notification, but the shipment never arrived. After reaching out I learned my updated estimated arrival date was more than 50 days later. Today, 75 days since the original order date, I still haven't received my shed and they won't issue me a refund because the order has already been processed. After reaching out countless times, I've yet to get an accurate response about my order or been allowed to get a refund. This company has figured out the art of scamming you: don't offer a refund until the item has shipped, and never ship the item so you can't get a refund. I would give this company 0 stars if I could.

Deceptive selling practices. Advertised 4 bowls, received 1. Emailed 3 times, received 1 reply that maybe other bowls were in separate shipment. Partial refund was coming, but would take 7-10 business days to reflect in account. Did not reply about sending rest of order as advertised. Take a chance if you feel lucky.

On 12/3/20,I ordered a Minecraft "Evil Spirits" Weighted Blanket from Walmarts. This item was to come from Innovative Commerce Solutions. I received this blanket about 6 days later from Target. Innovative Commerce Solutions sent my order to Target-showing that I already received this package. The blanket was $40.00 at Target (smaller size blanket) Advertised at Walmart for $62.35. Blanket sent to Target to me not from Walmart! I returned blanket to Target and contacted Innovative Commerce Solutions via email. There is no phone contact. This is very upsetting for me and I was giving this gift to my grandchild for Christmas.

On 12/3/20,I ordered an item from Walmarts. This item was said to come from Innovative Commerce Solutions. I received the order a few days later from Target. Innovative Commerce Solutions sent my order to Target. I didn't receive the item ordered and i was overcharged.. order sent Target to me not from Walmart! I returned item back to Innovative Commerce Solutions with return label provided. There is no information in system when I track package and I have yet to receive my refund 2 months later. This place is a SCAM

Why is Walmart still associating with this selling? As reported by all the other purchasers, I too purchased 2 boxes of JAM pocket folders and received instead 2 boxes of JAM butterfly clips not from Innovative Commerce Solutions but from Target. The order number was no were close to the order number provided to me at the time of purchase. I reached out to the seller and I'm awaiting a response but after reading all the negative reviews I am deeply concerned. I paid $45.12 and received items that possibly cost $3.00. I cannot understand why Walmart is still doing business with them and it makes me question the integrity of Walmart, which I will no be shopping at if someone does not come up with my money or the correct order.

Waited 3 months for the items I ordered. I received prompt email for Walmart telling me the items I ordered were just shipped... BUT, when you check the tracking numbe, UPS indicates that a "Label has been created but they have not received the item yet"... and this is how it was for 3 months. I had to get Paypal involved who had to contact Walmart, who contacted their vendor (Innovative Commerce Solutions). Literally, there was NOTHING "Innovative" about this vendor and the solution rested with Paypal, who after 2 of those 3 months in which I had to wait, granted me a refund. It is unfortunate that I had to even give them a star in the rating department. Walmart took no accountability for the 3rd party vendor it used. Neither the 3rd party vendor contacted me nor did Walmart once Paypal got involved... Guess I pissed them both off for daring to question why $327.00 worth of product I ordered was indicated as "Shipped" when it was MAGICALLY not shipped at all. The tracking number was provided to Paypal as was the paper trail that sealed their fate. My recommendation is that Walmart make better concerted attempts to ensure that the products they describe as being AVAILABLE, means that they physically exist in the warehouse of the vendor they are using and not being made somewhere in China and then awaiting shipment. My next recommendation is that buyers who actually expect prompt delivery of what they order and don't want tracking correspondence that is fraudulent, FROM those vendors, do their business with AMAZON , whose web site tells you about the vendor they use and how many are in stock. Everything about this purchase with Walmart was deceptive and then "DRAWN OUT" once it was appealed. This is why I use Paypal folks. If I could have left ZERO stars, I would have done so!!! Remember folks, "customer service" is spelled: "PAYPAL" and "AMAZON"

I ordered a crock pot from walmart.com. it was shipped to me by innovative commerce solutions. The crock pot won't heat or cook food. Walmart.com says I have to deal with shipper. Phone number for shipper won't take messages..just says to email them...which I did. After 4 attempts, no response. Walmart.com says keep trying... but offer no solution. Neither would help me with the problem. I finally contacted the manufacturer who is sending a replacement base. Yeah! Finally someone who cares about their products and customers. Hard to understand why walmart.com still uses this vendor as theit shipper. Buyer beware! Don't deal with innovative commerce solutions!
