In September I purchased a Samsung smart phone from Walmart online. The ad read “Samsung Galaxy S10+ G975U Unlocked with 128GB Smartphone”. I purchased the phone primarily as a camera but also with the ability to access the internet when Wi-Fi was available. I later decided to add a carrier to the phone. I went to Xfinity and I was told it already had a carrier, AT&T. Xfinity was unable to remove AT&T. One advantage to buying an unlocked cell phone is the ability to buy almost any GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) phone, rather than being restricted to a limited selection offered by a specific carrier. I then contacted AT&T. They said they could not remove their carrier because it was locked. I went to Walmart and they wouldn’t do anything because the phone had been purchased through a 3rd party,” Incredible Cellular.” I contacted Incredible Cellular and explained the phone was mis-represented as being unlocked but they said they would do nothing because it was over 30 days old. Because the phone was mis-represented as being unlocked, 30 days should have nothing to do with it. My last effort was to send a letter to the CEO of Walmart but have had no response.

They sent me a phone that don't turn on. Yes it's charged. The phone turns on but the screen is completely black. They talk to me like I'm stupid and it's been a week and still nothing. It's all done through email so you have to wait for the the response that I still haven't recieved! I will never do this shit again!!!!

Not professional, awful support. The package was lost during the shipping but the tracking showed delivered. In this case, they are supposed to follow up with the postal company and resolve the issue [I knew this as it happened to us before]. Knowing this was a mistake from the postal company, I sent an email to Incredible Cellular LLC and ask for help. They emailed me back with the tracking number from the postal company, with no explanation, no helpful comment, no further follow up, not even a single line of support. They showed no responsibility and did not care about proper delivery of their product. It was a terrible experience. Not recommended.

Do not buy from this company. I bought Powerbeats headphones from them and now they won’t take a charge, I bought them in September and they say they have only a 30 day policy. STAY CLEAR AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS, products should have at least 1 year warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a new unlocked Samsung Galaxy s9 plus from Incredible Cellular through the Walmart website. I was very concerned after reading all the bad reviews but I got the phone faster than expected, it looks brand new with all the plastic protectors in place. All accessories were included. It didn't come with a SIM car b/c it is unlocked to use with various carriers and they couldn't include SIM cards for ALL carriers so just go to your carrier and get a new one. Since I am with AT&T all I did was take my SIM from my old phone and put it in the new phone and BAM, I'm up and running. I sent Incredible Cellular a message thru WM and was answered within a few hours. I asked the warranty terms. I was told 30 days thru them and 1 year from Samsung but if I would send him the IMEI # he would check for the exact warranty dates. I sent him the info and he replied today, which was 2 days after I sent the info but that's understandable since it was New Year's Eve and Day. All in all, I can't find a single thing to complain about. I've even added insurance to it thru AT&T so if I have a problem, I'm covered. If you buy from them, I hope your experience is as good as mine. I know I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

-DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER- -DESERVES TO BE LEGALLY PROSECUTED FOR SCAM- Ordered allegedly "NEW" product from this seller with alleged 1 year warranty - when received box was clearly opened and product tampered with. I checked the warranty - had expired over 45 days ago ***PRODUCT DID NOT WORK*** This seller is a SCUMBAG - would give 0 starts if possible. SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM WALMART MARKETPLACE

Very disappointed. I ordered PowerBeats Headphones from Idea Cellular through Walmart.com. They arrived on time, but from there it was all down hill. The box the headphones came in looked like it had been opened for starters. This is my third pair of PowerBeats so I know how they work. This pair was very difficult to get turned on. Beyond that, within a week, they stopped taking a charge and thus completely stopped working. Finally, I tried to return them with no sign that a refund or a new set is going to be coming to me. I would hope that I hear from them for a replacement. I will update this review if the situation is resolved as mistakes happen, but until that time, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your needs.

BEWARE! They do NOT stand by their products. Ordered Wireless headphones that do not charge and am unable to return as they only accept returns within 30 days. Products are probably refurbished. Will not order from this company again.

I received my Motorola Motorola MotoGO! EX430 Unlocked GSM Phone w/ Full QWERTY Keyboard - Black from you on 10/9/18. However there was no SIM card with it. After I charged the battery i turned in on, got the Motorola logo, and then it said insert SIM card. However no SIM card was with the phone. I checked the instruction book and learned that underneath the battery there was a place for the SIM card. I removed the battery but there was no SIM card in the alloted spot. Numbers on the enveloped it came in as USPS tracking # 9400 1112 0557 0825 6801 76. Underneath that there is a thick black line with the number 1x EX430-BLK-N, then underneath those numbers are the following numbers 5491871464584. Please send me the missing SIM card thank you.

I purchased a "New" LG V20 phone from Incredible Cellular, INC. (via Walmart). The phone arrived in what looked like a used case, but the actual phone looked and worked like new, so I don't actually know if it really was new or refurbished. I am legally blind, so finding a smart phone with lots of accessibility options is key for me! This phone was not as accessible as my old Samsung S4 phone, and after it upgraded to android 8.0, even LESS so! :-( I contacted Walmart and requested a return for it. They forwarded my message to Incredible Cellular, INC and I heard back from them the very next morning. They said that I had exceeded the 30-day return policy by a couple days, but that they would honor a one-time grace period for my return, and they gave me their return address, promising a full return upon receiving the phone. (*I wold have paid the cost of shipping it back to them) I was very happy to hear that they would refund the LG phone, but as I spent the next few days trying to research finding another new smart phone... and getting COMPLETELY overwhelmed... I finally decided to see what apps I could download, instead, to make this phone more accessible for my needs. I was much more satisfied with it, once I finished, and so I e-mailed the company again today to let them know that I wouldn't be returning the phone after all. I'm giving them 4 stars because I don't know how well or long the return process might've taken. -I read some other reviews of this company from people who had issues with that process... so I can only comment on the part of the process I dealt with. I felt they were courteous and helpful! :)

Firstly, this company claimed the case I was purchasing would fit an iPhone 6s. Yes the phone fits but the case covers the camera. Secondly, the product registration code was missing from the box (as well as the cleaning cloth). I called the company and was told to call the manufacture. I called the manufacturer and they told me the seller should be able to provide the code. Low and behold - This company also could not provide the code. So now I had to “request” a return.

I bought powerbeats 3 for 89.99. It never said used but i could easily tell it was. Secondly, it could not even hold its charge. I got it and it started losing more of its charge. If they last 3 hours i would be happy

I purchased a LG cell that was advertised as new from this company. The phone broke after less than 2 months. I sent it in to LG for warranty repairs and they said they no longer carry parts or do repairs on these phones. That I should contact the seller. Well I contacted the seller and they simply said "sorry- nothing we can do for you. They sell junk phones and advertise them as "new". No customer service at all. So buyer beware. This company is hiding behind the good name of Walmart. So the consumer thinks they have some kind of protection, you don't.
