I bought an air fryer oven by august and las Saturday December 5th the door got a crack after using it. Walmart says ihubdeal has to respond me for the guarantee but they do not respond any emails or messages, Do not buy with this people any more. they just want your money and they dont care about customer service, They steal your money by selling bad quality products

Item was listed via Walmart.com as 2 day shipping. 2 days later a USPS Priority Mail shipping label was created in Chicago by ihubdeal but not put in hands of USPS. Updated purchase info said 2 weeks estimated delivery. Attempted to resolve or cancel purchase thru Walmart.com who created a customer service reference promising ihubdeal would call or email me within 24 hours. Never happened. Item eventually was shipped after 2 weeks extended delivery date delivered a few days later. When it EVENTUALLY arrived it appears to be correct (gas grill hose/regulator). NEVER will do any business with ihubdeal and urge anyone else to flag them and Walmart, Amazon, etc to flag them.

Bought a patio storage box from Walmart and it came with a missing piece. Contacted Wal-Mart and they contacted them and after emailing a picture and they told me to turn around the piece to make it work. Advised them several times it’s missing and this will not solve the problem and now for several days no Rapunze from them at all . Horrible service

I bought a Stark Power Washer from what I thought was Walmart but it came from IHUBDEAL. when I opened the box up it, the Power washer looked scuffed up as if it was used and returned. they advertised it as new which wasn't the case. I used it one time in mid May. First week of June I tried to clean the backyard and the motor turned on for a few minutes than shut off. Motor looked like it got burned out. Disconnected everything and waited 2 hours and reconnected it thinking it needed to cool off but nope it was dead. I emailed Walmart who sent my inquiry to IHUBDEAL. 10 days later they responded with a prepaid FedEx label in PNG attachment that I couldn't open up on my IPhone or Laptop or Work computer. I since emailed them 3 times in the last 5 days to have them send the Label in PDF or Word and they are not responding back. Their 909 number is useless cause it automatically hangs up on you after several rings. I am going to leave the same review on the Better Business Bureau . Walmart should dump them. they are Crooks. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Purchased a engine hoist on amazon for my son for Christmas. I received a metal bar in a very damaged package. I contacted amazon the day after I received them and was told it was facilitated through this company. I was given a return label and told to ship back what I had received. I did that right away and called again today to see where my refund was. Amazon conferences in iHub and Melissa the customer service rep was extremely rude and told me because the package shipped in 2 packages I had to mail them both back. I never received 2 packages NOR was 2 tracking numbers ever provided to amazon. Melissa says she will not do anything and I need to call Fed Ex. Amazon rep tells Melissa that they need to contact fed ex as the other package tracking information is the same as the one I have said we received but many parts were missing. Melissa refused to do anything. Amazon rep says biased off of the phone call they are now investigating this company and may not be selling on amazon any longer due to poor customer service. DO NOT BUY anything from them. They are a scam!

It’s been a month and still have received my refund for $260 and now Amazon has to go after them

RIP OFF--I paid amazon $179.95 for roto tiller, who used 3rd party "ihubdeal" (not my choice). I never received the item. Tracking via fed ex showed item delivered next day, (day before due). Amazon, fed ex, and ihub deal all refuse responsibility, each blaming the other, and ran me through hrs, days, and now wks of phone tag b. s., and countless forms that require sellers authorization, and they (IHUBDEAL) wont cooperate!!! So,,, I paid and have nothing to show!!! AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

I ordered a exercise bike from Walmart The bike was not the model in the picture and is not able to be adjusted to my size so far no response from company once they get your money satisfaction is not guaranteed too bad there was a time customer satisfaction was a priority

I ordererd a condo cat house from Wal-Mart and ihubdeal is the 3rd party seller. They sent me a cat tree house with extra peices and the wrong instructions to put together. When I contacted them they asked for the item number on the box. I also sent pictures of the cat condo that I ordered and the cat tree house I received, along with a photo of the instructions and extra peices that did not belong to this item. Their reply was, Well you got what you ordered. If your not happy return it. WTF! BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM WALMART AND AMAZON. THEY BOTH SELL THIS COMPANYS CRAP!

DO NOT BUY FROM this seller....purchased on Walmart.com. They try to hide who they are via different names, phone numbers, etc. They bill of lading from the trucking company shows the shipper as Stark Tools in Chino CA and when you call the number, they claim they do not sell ice machines. Walmart helped me track the seller IHUBDEAL and finally reached them; however, no customer service and 30 day warranty on an ice machine they sell for $795.00 manufactured by Beamnova that quits working after a few months. They now want to refer me to buy parts from another of their associated businesses. Buyer Beware!!

This company run by immature untrained people is far by the WORST I've ever encountered! Purchased a pool pump on Amazon May 5th which was through them being 3rd party.within 5 to 10 min tops I cancelled on Amazon's website. Which I've done before without anykind of problems not 1. Well didnt hear anything cancelled again nothing on the 3rd day I cancelled and instantly got a order tracking #! Wtheck we have to order with debit due to idenity theft we have had a horrible horrible year trying to put behind so we saved for a good pump & new pool which I've been holding in cart now since 5th of May and its GONE UP 200.00!! I received pump with no paperwork no invoice nothing so I called them to get instructions to return and a packing slip which they did pay for return.so sent back FedEx. Left me 17thi emailed to see about the refund ...the response go back and read 3-5 days! !@#×!...I've been in the Airlines. The casinos and now Sales for CENTO FINE FOODS I was left thinking really?? Then I gave a small piece of my mind telling them they should know their job...the email I got back was "mmmmK^...shook my head and told AMAZON they need to get rid of scum so called companies...and trust me they are listening!so product return to them May 17 give them to 18th yo do whatever they need...its now Memorial Day no refund no response from HORRIBLE MUCH HATED IHUBDEAL.... I feel a lawsuit should go against ihubdeal sounds like they do this alot...does anyone get $$ back....I man I think then it fails on my case Amazon...we will see....oh yess 1 star because they did pay to shIp back to CA

The item I received was damaged because it was not packaged in a way that accounted for the apparent fragility of its plastic parts. I was unable to contact company for replacement or refund. Don't buy items from Walmart.com that are from third party vendors.

Stay as far away from this company as you can! You CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING that comes from them to any Walmart location. YOU must pay to ship it back to wherever they say and in my case it was all the way to CA from WI which after shipping cost I would have barely broke even, they also take a 10% cut for re-stocking fee's as long as you did not open the box nor was there any damage.

shipped me the wrong item, if it was not damage, I would have to pay shipping., I asked twice for return address, twice no answer. could not give any info on the item the shipped me. and the item they shipped was not on Walmart.com. I tried to call the IHUBDEAL service.....good luck. and they don't offer a 800- number

Very disappointed with the customer service department. I purchased a product and just a couple of days later the price dropped. They would not honor the new price for me. I used their link through Walmart.com. It’s a shame to loose a customer over $11. I will not purchase from ihubdeals again

I bought and paid for a 100 ft. 14-gauge electric extension cord 3 prong power cable indoor/outdoor STJW UL G10 sold by ihubdeal, When the delivery arrived, what they sent me was a 50 ft. cord instead of the 100 ft. cord I ordered and paid for. I found this cord on sale through walmart.com and to get the sale price I had to buy through ihubdeal. Walmart should be hosting only reputable companies and ihubdeal fails on all counts. Walmart should dump them and if you are smart you won't deal with them either. I can't rate them zero stars, but they sure failed me.

Horrible, no customer service, if you get what you ordered you lucky. Other wise they just take you money and you received nothing. They don’t care about your order only taking your money!

Would not order from this company EVER. Website stated that I could return the fireplace I ordered at the store. When I contacted the company for the return process, they told me that I could not return it at the store and had to pay to ship it back. Walmart should be ashamed to offer their products. I would not even give them a one star. Wish I would of seen all the horrible reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!
