Item says shipped but it has not. No way to contact the seller as no email posted and they don't answer their phone. tracking through UPS not available.

Seller does not answer emails...nor provide proper tracking. Says shipped when it has not been apparently .....will not purchase from them ever again. Same issues recently on other sites they sell with. Lots of unhappy custoemrs and poor reviews.
