I ordered a multi-pack of air filters for a Honda small engine through Walmart.com over a month ago, and the order was fulfilled by Hulk Small Engine LLC. When I received the package, it was the wrong item. Instead of a multi-pack of air filters, I received a small switch of some kind. I sent a message through Walmart.com explaining what had happened. I received an email response from Walmart that Hulk would be contacting me soon. Nothing. I never heard from them. After 2 weeks, I sent another message. Again, Walmart sent me a message that Hulk would be contacting me, but that has been another 2 weeks with no contact from Hulk. Walmart.com makes it nearly impossible to get a phone number to contact either Walmart or Hulk because their site only enables communication via message/email.

I just purchased a spark plug coil from you for a Stihl saw 009. Your part number G758-Wal-896. The spark plug lead come out of the wrong side of the coil. The spark plug lead needed to be at least 12 inches long. If I can answer your question about this problem please call me at 830-237 8899. I am not returning this item for $3.00. Bill Markins

I ordered a carburetor and was mailed a screw that i could have bought from my local hardware for .25! Not sure what kind of business Hulk is running and why they will not mail the correct items. Be very careful when dealing with Hulk!!!
