I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered . I was in a Wal Mart store and wanted to read about th pressure washer. I made a mistake placing th order through this inept place . It is not a company that gives customer service . I ordered a pressure washer . I tried to use this thing but it only did es small sprays. I called got transferred to them s place . I only received a box with money paper work no invoice nothing . I took it back to Wal Mart . I know this is what this place does so u get stuck no way to track your purchase. They s Nd it out then if you are dissatisfied you are stuck . I will not recommend this place more give even o e star . They do not honor any service . I have been jerked around by emails saying they will give me 5% back ! I want 100% refund . I’ll get it too ! These places are not worth being allowed to sell anything . One email said give it to friend . Keep it and it not worth sending back . Do you see the scam ? Yes it’s a scam ! Not w to remove the one star it puts there ! No customer service here! I will get legal representation . I will call our commerce department because this is a disservice to companies that actually provide service. This is mail fraud ! No service!

Do not buy from this company paid 250 for a queen bed and got a twin they had the nerve to send me an email telling me i have to pay 2 send it back to them walmart needs to get these scammers off there site its making them look bad only gave 1 star cause they made me

I placed an order through Walmart for a chair only to receive the incorrect chair. I have not been able to reach anyone via phone or email. Walmart place an inquiry on my behalf and still no response from Horizon String Inc.

Don't buy anything from this company. You will not get what you order. They claim what they sent me was what i order. Plus they don't care about making it right with you . Plus their phone number is not good either.

Ordered item well in time for Christmas and by estimated delivery date they had not even shipped the item. They suck!!!

I received a basket that I ordered---COMPLETELY DAMAGED.....As it arrived in just a plastic bag. I have been going round and round with this company and I had to pay to return the item as they stated...It is the consumers responsibility for return costs. My $30 basket now cost me $38. ( NOT to mention----I could have bought a NICER basket form the DOLLAR STORE ). they r the worst company I even ordered from.they sent half of the water dispenser not the bottom storage. wouldn't see it wanted to give a few dollars back no return label. zero stars

Cancelled order with email through walmart.com got return email from horizon . They shipped out anyway.

They are the worse company. I can't believe Walmart uses them. They change my order without me know it!!! Then they sent the wrong item anyway without contacting me!!! I will never use this company and I can't Believe Walmart will not issue a refund until they speak to someone!!! The number they have listed is disconnected!!

I’ve been trying to return some items, but I haven’t got a response from Horizon String Inc.

I have also attempted a return to Horizon Spring Inc. but have not had a response.

I am also attempting to return an item to Horizon String and can not get an answer as how to do this . I will notify Walmart that they should drop this company as one of their venders. They asked for a picture of the item and then did nothing.

I was ordered anti-skid floor mat for computer desk area for Horizon String Inc which use Walmart market place online last December. My order has never been received even though the track info. the company provided stated "delivered". I repeatedly ask Horizon String and Walmart online service to supply me the name of the delivery company with that company's tracking information but they never replied. This is bag business company behavior. How could you received my payment without finally delivered the product? This is not the smart way to earn your money. I am sure that I won't use Walmart Marketplace online any more! Be cautious!

These are scammers. The product was defective. They at first offered a drill refund or replacement and now after two months of emails back and forth they are only up to offering a 60% refund. Which considering the other reviews now seems like a good deal. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEAE SCAMMERS. And shame on Walmart for continuing to partner with them.

AFTER MONTHS AND DOZENS OF EMAILS I NOW GET THIS STANDARD RESPONSE TO EVERY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THEM REGARDING THE REFUND THEY PROMISED ME MONTHS AGO "Please contact your local post office for this issue". IF ANYONE KNOWS AN ENTITY THAT WILL GO AFTER AND CLOSE DOWN THESE SCAMMERS, PLEASE POST!!!! I CAN FIND NO ONE WHO WILL DEAL WITH THEM. THEY GET A ZERO RATING - NOT EVEN A HALF A STAR!!!! Chandra Jones, you WILL NOT GET YOUR REFUND OR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. HORIZON STRING IS A SCAM!! They will respond with robot emails that tell you to "check with your local post office"!!!! Walmart had been of NO help! Even though they still sell HS products! Done with WM! ALSO, HS is in CHINA! Good luck!
