I also ordered a bottle of perfume for my wife. Shipped Fed Ex. After noticing it said delivered, left at front door on Wed. Oct. 20, 2021, I found out it was actually shipped to a completely different person and address! I have contacted this company twice by phone and email and have received NO response. I am filing a complaint with the Michigan Licensing and Regulatory Authority against this "business" located at 11117 N. WALNUT ST, LANSING MICHIGAN AND THE REGISTERED AGENT FOR THE LLC IS NAMED IBRAHIM SIDDIG! I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED AND HAD THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY STOLEN BY THEM, DO THE SAME!! If I could post WITH NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES, RUN!!

I ordered a doll and the Fed Ex tracking said it was left at the garage. BUT I HAVE NO GARAGE. I NEVER RECEIVED THIS PACKAGE. Hoolstore said they are now out of stock and will refund me. waiting for refund.

Ordered on 10/18 said it was delivered 10/21 was not delivered to my house. Rip off, now fedex says the tracking # is not linked to my address. SCAMMERS!

same issue as above i ordered a Halloween costume for my child on October 15th 2021 AND WAS DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE. FedEx STATES THAT THE ADDRESS WAS NOT MINE, HOWEVER ACCORDING TO MY EMAIL NOTIFICATION IT WAS DELIVERED. BUT NOT TO ME! for now, my rating is poor. JUST WONDERING ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE IT RIGHT?
