I left a single star because I cannot leave it blank. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Definitely feels like scammers on the other end from what little communication I can decipher. As soon as I figure out a way to leave a warning on the WalMart.com site I intend to do so. Buyer beware.

Absolutely disgusted by this company. I ordered a hall tree and received a pet sleeve or something. And their excuse: they no longer have the item in stock apparently. I wish I had read the reviews. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND AFTER THEY SEND YOU BROKEN PRODUCTS!!!!!!!

i ordered 3 spice racks from Walmart online and found out the ordered was fulfilled by Hongrui Electronic. I received the order quickly, however, the product was low quality and I wanted to return 2 of the 3 ordered. I would have returned all 3 but the box the item was shipped in was unusable after opening. Walmart wouldn't take the return and when contacting Hongrui they at 1st only offered $8 of a $34.90 return. I refused and requested the address to ship the product. My next response was a $15 credit. Again, I have refused and requested the return address and a return authorization notice. No response has been received as of yet. I'm not a fan of Walmart and here is another example of poor customer service and wasting not only my time but money$. Since Walmart doesn't seem to care about satisfying customers I'll only order from Amazon because they at least take care of any returns no matter who the seller is. Totally unhappy with this purchase and a 1 is too high a rating for this supplier.

This company is deceptive, they shipped me the wrong item and said that I will have to pay to return it and since it is likely used I will only get 60% of mine back (hoover board still in box unused). Or I can keep the model they sent and they will give me $30. If I wanted that one I would have bought it. This company is a scam, Walmart should be ashamed to have them on their Marketplace. Do note order from this company.

Very bad company

I ordered a drone in dec 2017 for a Feb deliver. I paid for the product and it is mid April and I have not received my drone. What is the hold up. Either send me what I paid for or reimburse me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a chair, they sent a usb lighter. Will not refund. They offered me $25 and I keep the item after paying $120 for the chair. After researching this company this is a common practice for them.

don't buy from this company, I ordered several Rubbermaid gas can nozzles, none of the nozzle caps fit the end of the nozzles." they came as a set with the nozzles, how can they not know they are packaging and selling a product and the parts do not fit together. now I have to go to the trouble of returning them- if possible

Unbelievable. Walmart is a joke for dealing with this company. Nothing works that comes from it. Drop it. I will indeed talk to Walmart about my defective product.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! You order a $120 Office chair they send you a cheap chinese lighter & cell phone charger in a 7 oz. 1st class mail package. They then offer you $15 to go away... Call Wal*Mart. Com the representative cannot help you. Ask to have your complaint escalated to Wal*Mart Corporate. They issued a refund to me.

I had to give one star to continue this review, otherwise I would give this company a negative rating!! I ordered this gymnastic beam for my 9 yr old as a birthday present, delivery was a week late, pulled the beam out of the undamaged box to find the beam full of MOLD front to back, completely covered!  I called their service center multiple times not being able to have anyone answer, my email was answered with a response, leaving them to reply;   I needed to first return the beam by paying for the return shipping (which would cost more than the beam value) they would send a new one, I refused, they countered back to reimburse me $6 dollars, once again I refused, second offer was to reimburse me $20!!  Feeling I should not be paying anything for a hazardous, unsafe moldy product I flat out told them I wanted a new beam sent with return postage included for the other beam they reluctantly agreed, sent another beam which was full of mold too!!  This whole experience has left me upset, and left me with a disappointed birthday girl!!  STAY AWAY from this Company!!  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I am not able to attach my photos, I have photos showing both beams covered in mold

I'm not sure if they are really that stupid or if it is just a scam.. they change the product description, their 800 number is just a machine, and Walmart still sells em. IDIOTS

Don't even want to give one star!!! This seller has make my life to became angry and sad. I order a cabinet form them at walmart.com for $90.68 in February 21,2018. First, they sent a wrong item that looks totally different from what i order and i ask them for a full refund, but they want me to return this wrong item back by shipping it back using my own money. I call Walmart to contact this seller and they finally email me a paid shipping label and saying that once they receive the wrong item, refund will be available from 3-5 business days. So, i ship it back and i still didn't receive the refund back for one week. I have to call Walmart again for my refund and this time they finally give me a full refund. Never going to deal and shop with this seller anymore and suggest everyone not to buy also because it will make you like me, being angry and to waste your time. I waited for one month for the money to come back, i don't why Walmart still led them sell, they really make us as a seller to waste time and effort on a simple thing that was order online.
