I ordered and received the Item: Order number 3592112-513302 Orthopedic Dual Cushion -Lift Hips Up Seat Cushion -Folded Home Office Dual Comfort Cushion for Pressure Relief Fits for Car Seat $13.99 1 $13.99 It's as hard as a rock, I thought it was a cushion and soft to sit on rather than sitting on a stone. What is the problem with this cushion.
