ordered and item, did not get it. Do not order from them

Ordered the bread kit, set of proofing baskets, sized 5/7/8/9/10 as advertised by Walmart, the cost $13.99. Received one tiny basket size 5. The seller Hobby Proz . I will be very careful not to buy again from Hobby Proz and I will request from Walmart to remove that seller from their list.

Same as all the above...ordered New Bread Baking Tool Kits Proofing Basket , Linen Cloth , Bread Scoring I Lame Bowl , Scraper Linen Drawstring Bread Bag , Bread Baking Stencils Proofing Basket Dough Whisk Beginners Tool. Today one item that looks like a letter opener...have no idea what it is!!! DO NOT BY FROM THIS SITE.

I think this store is a ongoing fraud. Walmart better be responsible for their actions.

I ordered something 2 months ago. Never received it. Tried to contact them no go They never contacted me either. Never will order another item from this company. Scam. Liars.

I ordered some items off the walmart website from hobby proz about a month ago and didn't receive it. No contact or anything. I google the shop and decided to go to the shop personally and get my stuff since I only live about 3 hours away. As soon as I walked into the shop it was pretty obvious that this shop and the site listed on walmart were 2 different places. I was greeted with a freindly "hello' and ask if I needed help. They were actully suprisingly pretty nice. I did a quick walk through and left. The Hobby Proz in Albaqerque IS NOT the one listed on the walmart website. The store is small and only has Remote control airplanes and cars and a few other toys, nothing thats listed on the walmart site. If you buy off the walmart site without reading the reviews you are not shoping online wisely. I will write off my $180 as a lesson learned, walmart needs to take this scam off their list.

Should have looked at the reviews. This has nothing to do with the company in Albuquerque. Time for a refund as the item ordered Mar 27 has not been delivered even though the shipping email was sent on March 28.

Yes I'm just out of money and got scammed myself please whoever is going along work in purchasing any items from these from this company take heed it's a scam or phone number does not work nor does their site you try emailing canceling orders that you didn't receive in the mail and try to return it it's impossible May-1-2020

I ordered life vests not knowing they would come from China and most of what is written on the vests would be in Chinese. I'm afraid they aren't Coast Guard approved. The tracking was off and I couldn't find out which canister to order. They try to respond to emails but I can't get anywhere with them. It says free shipping but I was charged $10.00. What a waste of $100. Proz Hobby should not be on the Walmart web site. It gives a false sense of security. Of course my rating would be 0, if possible.

I order two Vertical planters. The end of April.. not here yet now end of May.. been a solid Month.. two vertical linen planters. SHIPPING SAYS DELAYED!..NOTHING ELSE .

Sent wrong merchandise . I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Walmart should purge this company from their vendors.

Don’t order anything from Proz Hobby / aka Hibby Pros. They sent 1 of the 2 items that I ordered. The order was placed on November 7, 2019. STILL NOT RESOLVED.

I placed an order two weeks ago. It’s two pieces. They sent one piece and my other piece supposed to had arrived on November 22, 2019. No explanation want answer the phone

Just a warning to all, don't order anything from this website, it is a scam. Called the REAL shop and they don't have anything listed on this fake website hosted by walmart. Buyer beware!

This is a company that is scamming the Walmart site do not buy anything from them. This is also not the real Hobby Proz.

I will never buy anything ftom walmarts website ever again hobby proz is a total scam and i blame walmart. ordered a part for minibike i was selling a month later no part and lost my sale. Stay Away From Walmart Website. Should have stuck with Amazon never had an issue with them.. Lesson Learned!!!-

I was scammed by Hobby Proz. I do not understand why Wal-Mart lets them continue doing this. I really wish I would have read this before purchasing.

Bought a ceramic planter for a gift. It was shipped in a plastic bag with a couple packing peanuts and a small piece of paper wrapped around it. It came to us broken. I contacted the seller and they said they will send a replacement but I am to email them back in a few days to get a tracking number. I emailed them today for a tracking number which I would think they would email me when the package has shipped instead of me having to contact them. Lesson learned. I will read the reviews better next time

We ordered an item though Wal Mart. What was shipped was not correct and we went to Hobby Proz and they promised to get the correct item shipped to us which is all I could ask for.

I ordered a backpack for my 14 year old daughter. She saved her money to purchase the backpack for school. I ordered it on August 17th. The tracking number shows it arrived at Fast track Express shipping August 19th and then departed on August 27th and the USPS is waiting on the item. There has been no other updates since this. I've contacted Walmart twice who then contacted Hobby Proz both times and then hobby proz sent me the same message each time. I'm posting the message below what was sent to me. Their message Hello, your order is already in transit. We contacted USPS. They said the order will be scanned at every stop. Before that, the package may have missed the scanning process. when it arrives at the next stop, the order will be re-scanned. The logistics news will be updated, please wait another 2-3 working days and you will receive it. It's been 7 days between and still nothing. If I could score them as a 0 I would.
