DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I believe they are a fake company. The same thing happened to me as many others have mentioned. Ordered an item that was priced quite a bit less than other sellers. Paid $13 for shipping. Once status went to shipped, the tracking number was invalid and the day before it was supposed to be delivered, it shows as Delayed. I reached out to the seller via email, but no response. Tried to call their number and it's not a working phone number. Thankfully I worked with Walmart.com chat and they immediately refunded my money.

Never received my purchase. Was told I was going to be refunded immediately, four months later nothing. Not worth a star, had to put one otherwise I couldn’t rate it

Airbrush was listed for half the price of anywhere else, ordered, A few days later status changed to shipped. Fedex tracking number invalid. The day the item should have arrived status changed to Delayed, that's it. That was two weeks ago now. Emailed seller-no response. Obviously any sales they make are being monitored and steps are taken to collect money and make sure no cancellation can be made once the item isn't delivered. Total scam on Walmart. This only drives me to Amazon where there is better consumer protection from unscrupulous people like Hobbies and Home.

The same thing has happened to me. I ordered two items from this seller on May 13. After a couple weeks, I emailed the seller and received no response. The seller changed the shipping status to "Delayed" which insures that I am not able to request a refund online. Today, July 23, I finally contacted Walmart Customer Service and (kindly) demanded a refund. I also reported this seller to the rep I talked to, and she promised to report the seller, and to escalate my case to a manager so that I can get a refund. If you still have not received a refund for your "fake" item, contact customer service.

Ordered an art kit for my daughters birthday in April. It's now July and still no art kit. I have been told 2 times they would give a refund and still no money back. Not worth the one star at all. Very disappointed.

Scammed ordered two art sets for me and my daughter now three months later still no sign of my order contacted Walmart 3 times they emailed them without a response I live chat with a Walmart representative she issued a full refund from Walmart itself Walmart reported the issue to higher management and sent me an email saying they were making sure no one else had this issue got my refund through Walmart customer service and apparently JHM hobbies is now out of buisness or on the road to it and I don't see any of their products on Walmarts website anymore

On May 1, 2020 I purchased a 64 oz bottle of Miracle Bubbles for $18.74. After sending a complaint to Walmart and requesting to speak to the seller, I received a generic email on June 10, 2020, stating "I went ahead and issued you a full refund. I hope that although you didn't get your product I was able to provide you with great customer service and hopefully we can still earn your positive feedback. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I hope you have a wonderful day!" It is now June 30, 2020 and I still have not received a refund of any amount and based on the reviews here, I guess I'm out $18.74. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JHM HOBBIES! They are out to take your money. Walmart needs to stop carrying them as a supplier. Shame on you Walmart for working with crooks. They deserve zero stars!

I had a similar experience as other costumers with it order. I never received my order. I had to call Walmart 3 times and spend an hour over the phone and still after 3 months have not been refunded. Do not trust Walmart market place. They do not give a dam about their customers.

don't buy from this seller. They are a fraud. You never get what you ordered. They refuse to refund, answer your inquiry. Walmart should be ashamed allowing fraudulent sellers on their site.

I placed an order on May 4th. Still haven't received it. I contacted Walmart about it. Walmart contacted JHM Hobbies, who agreed to issue a full refund. That was 20 days ago, and I still haven't received it. Is this even a real business?

I ordered 3 items on the Walmart's website in May 2020. I was notified that the items were shipped via FedEx and a tracking number was provided. When I tried tracking the package after a week (items were to delivered within 3 days), the status indicated "delayed". After almost a month, the items never showed. I contacted the seller and they replied and said that they would issues a refund if I don't submit a negative review. Now, a month later, no items, no response, Do NOT order from this seller (SCAM ARTIST). I went to Walmart's website and this seller is no longer on there. The amount was only $44.00, but it is the principle. Walmart and/or this "seller" will be hearing from my attorney. UNBELIEVABLE how hard up people are for money.

Never got items and never got refund. I contacted a couple times but nothing. Dont buy from them you wont receive anything and they dont get back to you. I lost $20!

This company is bullshit! Notified that my order of candles ($35) had shipped January 31 but it had a bogus FedX tracking number. February 11 the notified it was delayed. I contacted Walmart customer service and they said the company would contact me within 48 hours. Here it is almost 6 weeks later an no contact and no refund. What recourse do I have?I would have thought Walmart would make good on the refund since they are one of walmart’s vendors but so far nothing. This is ridiculous and reflects poorly on Walmart. Other than complaining to the Better Business Bureau I’m at a loss. I rate this negative 10.
