I got 2 weeks tryIng to contact this hi tech Llc and I got no answer i want to do my taxes and I can’t because I got a receipt in the mail does it!! Do Not buy from this people !!! I don’t have my money back either Walmart said they will contact you in 1 business day and nothing no answer

I purchased TTB09FWCXF1M TurboTax Premier 2021 Tax software via Walmart from you and have had problems with downloading updates and e-filing, It's the worst TurboTax product that I have ever used in over 20 years I still cannot e-file and have to mail in my return...late. The error code that I receive from Intuit is incorrect as all data in the file was double checked before submission.
