This address 1100 Cranbury South River Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 is to use as the hub for most of the purchase return for China product - Hipitec, Ritfresh, Cupshe, Vogueix. Please avoid to purchase China made product as you will find difficult in the return process.

Hipitec, Ritfresh, Cupshe, Vogueix - all the same company coming from the same address in NJ. They just keep sneaking around ripping people off under different names. Somebody should tell Walmart and Facebook that this company is a scam.

Ordered a product being advertised by WHLSHOP on Facebook, a radio controlled car listed on the website https://www.whlshop.com/products/rochoby-1-6-2-4g-2ch-1941-mb-scaler-rc-car. Instead I received a small diecast toy car of minimal value. Email requests have gone unanswered and the company provides no phone number on their website. It is believed this is a scam offering discounted prices on desirable consumer products to instead be shipped products of lesser or little value, and a compliant was filed with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE!

Please do not buy any thing from this store , i left a review and they purposely deleted it so they can fool customers , look at the pictures the efforts it took to assemble and all the waiting for arrival that took weeks once assembled i came to know they sent totally wrong item , they advertised chrome table and chairs and sent me 3rd quality grey mat finish chairs , once i approached them t hey stop responding and when put he negative feedback they immediate started responding and now telling me to send it back and also told me to delete the post but the deleted them selves , i will keep posting again and again until i don't get my refund , they made things miserable from 5 days they still arguing that we sent you complete table and chairs today but there was only 2 chairs and 1 leather received , i have already complained to BBB for there deceptive selling and advertisement practices and i am taking this to Amazon HQ and Amazon Leader ship personnel tonight , they are fooling around with customer when they know they have sent wrong incomplete items, now packing and then taking it back to courier service and i asked them to send me pre prepaid mailing label as its not my fault and they never answered my question instead using there deceptive pre written templets and sending me email that dont make sense , i need my refund and if i dont get it by tomorrow will reach out to CFPB as they are no where avilable online only on amazon , no physical address only running online shady business , PLEASE DO NOT BUT ANY THING FROM THIS STORE , YOU WILL THANK ME LATER , Consonant Home Customer Services rep Veronica W. is like a robot , didnt answer any of my questions that send me pre paid shipping label instad trying to accuse me that we did send 4 chairs even after sharing all evidence , i will make sure they get banned from Amazon , they think they can black mail and hold my money hostage , after all that hard time i have to go through waiting and assembling this is what they have to offer that you are wrong thanks amazon they here to stop scammer online stores like them , many have been closed caz of there similar deceptive practices and they will also, that think customer is sstupid and there time is not valuable , guess what this is USA customer comes first.

Another scam....backed by Walmart. I ordered a blouse that arrived 5 days after the order was placed. It was NOT the blouse I ordered. Impossible to return. They do not answer their phone. They did not include an invoice in the package. They did not even put their company name on (or in) the package. Thank goodness I used my Visa card. I have filed a complaint with Chase and Walmart.

An Ebay seller uses this company to ship cheap, poorly made items out to his costumers. This Ebay seller is not even in the US like he said (China). When you have a dishonest Company and a dishonest seller working together it's the buyers who suffer. If it was up to me I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

SCAM !! Absolutely, I ordered on 6/25/19 didn’t receive until 7/25/19. Was suppose to be 2 weeks No phone # to contact them and unable to leave a email. When I tried st the end of the mail it would NEVER LET ME SEND DUE TO THE CACHE WOULD NEVER BE VALID!!! When I FINALLY received the clothes the MATERIAL was POOR QUALITY. NOW IF I TRIED TO FIND A WAY TO SEND BACK. IT WOULD COST ME MORE MONEY LET ALONE THE $80.80 I ALREADY PAID.

Um, I just received a package from you with a foot long metal rod. Looks like a metal straw. I never ordered anything from you. I just received it in the mail. What is it and why are you sending it to me? Please respond. I will give you the tracking number.

I ordered a wireless car charger on Walmart.com. I received a package from them within a week. Unfortunately it was not a wireless car charger. I received a pair of stereo headphones that I had not ordered. I immediately contacted Walmart.com and they gave me an entirely different phone number that rang endlessly with no answer. I tried to phone the other number listed online and it rang a couple of times then said it was no longer in service. I wish I knew about the bad reviews and experiences before I ordered from them. Trying to get some action from Walmart.com now a refund or something

I purchased 7 sets of wall decals so I could see if they work for my wall space, with the understanding that I could return anything that didn't work. Here is the email I received when initiating a return with Hipitek Inc. because the decals were too large for the space I needed to put them in. And this is a direct quote I copied and pasted here from my email: "Dear customer, Thanks for your message. We’re so sorry for the unsatisfied purchase and can't fit your mind. Could you please allow us to solve your return request by better and more simple solution. Actually your item have no quality prblem,So is it possible please accept 15 USD partial refund as a discount and keep these items,Maybe you could send it to your family or friends as a gift. This will not be a loss for you. If you return it back, we will issue refund for you until we receive these items completely.These items must be intact because we have to re-shelve sale. But during the shipping,it always have unkonwn accident happened package.Futhermore, It will waste your money and time to deal with it. And we not only lost our products and the fee of shipping, but also will waste time to re-shelve sale it. But if you accept our offer,you could saving these trouble,althought our company have no profit for your order,we lost our products and the fee of shipping. We are deeply helpless as a customer service, so hope that you can understand me and my work. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.but if you insist on returning,we would give you address. Hope to receive your reply soon. Have a nice day." What???!!!??? I paid $56 and they want to give me $15 and have me keep the items and give them away as gifts to family and friends?!! What I want is a full refund but I can see from other reviews that it is just going to waste my time, money and energy and I will likely end up completely frustrated trying to return these. Even if I attempt to return them I am concerned from their reference in the email that I will return them and they will be sure to find a reason to not refund my money due to "during the shipping,it always have unkonwn accident happened package.Futhermore, It will waste your money and time to deal with it." Wish I would have researched this company and I NEVER would have ordered from them. Walmart should not be doing business with this company!

I purchased $100 Maxkon air fryer and it does not work it have not fried or damn thing and I'm trying to return it with no success this is ridiculous this site really needs to be shut down there using Walmart their third party and I had no idea that it was a third-party shame on you shame on you shame on you for taking people's money I am totally disappointed you'll never get my business again never there's no phone number to contact anybody you send an email message you get no response so they're ripping people off

Now, I'm scared, after reading these reviews. I ordered from this company. Estimated delivery time is nearly 2 weeks. I'm quite certain or doesn't take 2 weeks to delivery anything, unless it's coming from another country.FedEc Tracking # doesn't work. Says it cannot be found.

Just received a dress that is not the correct color and does not fit, even though I ordered it 2 sizes larger. No shipping label. Checked Walmart.com about returns and directed me to contact Hipitek, Inc. . Looked them up and their website directs me to walmart.com. SCAM!! Now I am out the $ and a dress for a Special occasion! Thanks for Nothing!! -0- Rating!

I ordered three pillow cases and I HATED them! I emailed the company, they kept wanting me to keep the product so I could give them to a friend or family member and only wanted to give me a partial refund! I don't think I'm going to see this many back! 30 bucks down the drain! I will NEVER order from this company again!
