So far I'm not impressed. I have been trying to cancel my order before it ships and I am getting no where. I emailed them soon after the order was placed. They did get back to me just to ask me to reconsider. All four attempts is the same...they keep asking me to reconsider. Please just cancel my order please before it ships.

Buyers beware! If I could leave zero stars I would. Mailed me wrong items and not making it right. Instead they suggest I try to sell this JUNK they sent! I hold Walmart somewhat accountable. I mean all these bad reviews...why are you still doing business with these crooks Walmart? Shame on BOTH OF YOU! Shame on me for not digging deeper prior to purchase!

Do not purchase anything from Hifashion. I ordered a treadmill from Walmart and had no idea it was coming from a third party. It arrived broken and not as described. I put in for a refund and hifashion responded and asked me to send pictures of the shipping container and then damage. Then they wanted me to go to a hardware store and buy a part for the treadmill and fix it myself, then they offered me a 30.00 refund on an almost 400.00 purchase. I finally contacted Walmart through their chat window and they apologized and have issued a full refund. I hope Walmart stops doing business with these crooks. They don't even deserve a star.

Hifashion is a joke their products are crap. Do not buy anything from hifashion they will not stand by their products. I think they are a Chinese company that don't care. Walmart is stupid for letting them sell on their site!

I purchased a Hifashion 3000 psi pressure washer, it was used once and the second time it failed completely. I contacted the company through Walmart and they responded that I should open the machine to see if the switch was bad. I did, it was not. They offered to send me a $50 credit to have it repaired, I agreed and then they changed their mind because it was over the year. Then they requested that the defective part be identified and pictures sent, I did. Their response was we don't have that part available, consider buying a new machine from us. This is ridiculous, they sell a defective product that is used once and then you need a new one? This Hifashion pressure machine is garbage and a waste of money, I wish I would have read the reviews first. While the Hifashion staff was courteous and responsive they did not resolve anything. Never again! If it says Hifashion its a "NO BUY". I hope this helps to save someone else from these poor products. ZERO STAR RATING

These guys are a joke. they sent a workout bench that was damaged used and missing parts. They refuse to respond with a straight answer only saying it is new and send pictures. when you do they email the same thing. Walmart is just as bad or worse as they let them do this and refuse to help their customers . Walmart is a joke and fraudulent in continuously letting this happen. Shame on you Walmart

I purchased an elliptical from Walmart, maybe that’s my first mistake when COVID started in March. It was missing parts. I have been begging to get the parts and still do not have them. I’m done. I wish I never brought this equipment.

Worse ever

This is a fraud Company operating from China. Their is class action lawsuit on way on Walmart for not disclosing overseas Sellers and letting these sellers scam unsuspecting buyers in US.

This company is by far the WORSE! They want to give you the run around before giving you a refund. Sending product that has a hole or is not right. Can’t return it to Walmart but I will be calling Walmart.com today.

I bought Electric Bike from Walmart/ HI fashion ...market place . I don't why Walmart would put it's name and reputation on the line with HI fashion company , When Walmart has annual sales of $510 billion and does business with carp company hifashion. where is no customer service and returns are impossible if you are within return guidelines . Do not buy from Walmart and more so it's affiliates marketplace such as hi Fashions. Walmart Upper Management please stop doing business with Hi fashions . you are being dragged into the mud with company . I am only know of Walmart because of it's name , not to deal with HI fashions nightmare

I ordered items through walmart.com not knowing what was about to happen. I didn't receive the items as scheduled...still haven't. So i emailed them. The email was sent to Hifashion by Walmart in my regards. I received an email from Hifashion with "excuses" why I hadn't received my order but kept saying it coming. This went on back and forth for awhile. I got tired of it and requested my money. But, wouldn't you know, they didn't email me. So I called Walmart.com who told me they're sorry. He read through the emails and said he's gonna submit the refund. He apoligized for the hassle through Hifashion. I would rate them a -0 , but unfortunately it's not available either.

This company should not be in business at all. The absolute worst company ever. They will do anything not to have to refund your money. Walmart should be ashamed to sell for them! Disgusting!

Awful Experience with this vendor. They sent the wrong item and for days I have been told to send pictures of the item received over and over again. They said the label says it is the right item. A bicycle cannot be a 10x12x14 little box. They must be located in another planet. All communication via e-mail takes 24 hrs to respond. And they ask the same thing again. Instead of sending the right item to keep the customer and provide return receipt for the wrong one, they prefer to play the game of delaying results.

I bought a homdox power washer made by hifashion last May and it didn’t work I’m still exchanging emails with them. They keep saying the exact same thing every time! Horrible company and horrible products and horrible customer service!

I bought a “professional” dehydrator from them thru Walmart.com. When it arrived it wasn’t exactly what was shown and it had no timer as advertised. We decided to give it a try and we didn’t like how badly it worked. So I took it back to the store but was told I needed to return it to Hifasion. I contacted the number I was given and Walmart filed the return for me. Within two hours I received a lengthy email from HF and I don’t know where this company is located at but they are highly unprofessional. Instead of wring “do you want to” it was written as “do you wanna” and the rest of the email was pretty much the same. Anyway, they told me if it was broken; send many photos and videos, and listed the other options of what to do if there was any other reason for my return. I replied and said I just didn’t like the machine. I get an email back right away and was told that I had ran out of days to return since they offer 30 days plus 7 and I only had until Jan 7th to return. I had only bought the machine on Jan 15th! The email then said since they were “gonna” be nice to me they would give me a refund of $20,00 and I needed to ship it back and shipping costs were my responsibility and once received back the refund would take 90 days! I would have been out more money doing that since the item is big and bulky. Are you kidding me?! I then contacted Walmart and told them this problem. Walmart refunded my money within a week. Walmart needs to drop this vendor from their website. After reading the other reviews none of them are good. Do not buy anything from Hifashion!

This supplier is the most worthless company I have ever dealt with. I have email chains of them requesting that I, MYSELF, try to sell their defective product to get my money back. I honestly thought it was a joke. I've had ZERO luck in trying to reach them on the phone. WALMART, WHY ARE YOU allowing these people to use your store to swindle customers??? I can't believe the lowest rating I can give Hifashion is a 1. This company is what I believe to be a money laundering front for organized crime. DO NOT ORDER from these criminals. IT'S A SCAM.... Been trying to return a 150.00 Coocher Chain Saw that lasted exactly 2 days. Piece of crap that you can't even buy parts for in this country. Another Chinese covid diseased company that should be abolished from ever doing business with this country. Walmart should be ashamed for ever associating with this company and BUYER BEWARE with this company. Look at the fine print. Absolutely and negative 1000 rating.

Not sure this is going to go anywhere but here it goes. I bought a $500 treadmill from these jokers. Within 3 months the motor burns up. Tried to return it in store was denied. Had me video of the problem and they sent me a replacement motor. Never did work quite right probably because I am not a freaking mechanic or a technician. Walmart said I had to go through them. Ok so I have. New motor burned up hint hint maybe its a defective machine. Now this has been right at a year. Contact hifashion again. They say Im too fat. Hello I know that, thats what I want the treadmill for but I can promise you Im not that big. They asked for videos so I sent them videos. Matter of fact I have a video of the motor burning up with my 150 lb daughter on it. They have sent me part after part and even told me if this part dont work we will send you new one. Assuming that meant a treadmill. Well you know what they say about assuming sure was true on my end for believing their lies. So 3 motors and 5 low controls later I am still stuck with a piece of garbage. To be honest I dont think it was even the right treadmill that I ordered. But I didnt realize that until later and couldnt prove it since they pulled my listing almost immediately. Ding ding ding Walmart they are scammers. So I contact Walmart they sent them a email to refund me which they agreed to do. PLEASE UNDERSTAND AS OF NOW I AM 9 MONTHS INTO THIS WITH NO RESOLUTION. Walmart even sent me to their claims people who not once ever contacted me. I have been told repeatedly that my case has been escalated to the high resolution team but havent had any help yet on that front. Just a bunch of empty promises and useless words from Hifashion and Walmart at this point. After several emails from hifashion after it told walmart they would refund they said nope NO REFUND FOR YOU. So again I contact Walmart and they tell them to refund. Im 9 months in folks how much longer should I have to wait?!?!?! Walmart please please please ditch these sleezeballs. Read the reviews.

Worse pressure washer ever. 2 days after it arrived i tried to use it not working. Junk !!

I ordered and paid for an Ecoelectric treadmil, 2.25Hp. . $725. It was supposed to arrive on March 31. On March 30 it was dumped on my driveway. I struggled to bring it into my house and discovered that it was a much cheaper treadmill, an Ancheer 1.75 H. I discovered that it came from a company called Hi Fashion. I sent them an e-mail explaining what happened. I got back this strange disconnected badly phrased e-mail asking me to take pictures and send it to them. I did with a detailed description of the treadmill and asking them to replace it. I only get responses from them at night so I assume they are e-mailing from Asia. I suspect it comes from China or Nepal. There was absolutely no way to get Hi Fashion to understand what they did wrong. They kept trying to get me to accept the wrong treadmill. They kept asking me if the treadmill didn't work and why I wanted to return the treadmill. We exchanged five e-mails and this company kept avoiding the real issue. Most of their e-mails were difficult to read and made no sense. Finally, I called Walmart and it refunded me my money. Walmart has integrity but they should stop doing business with Hi Fashion. They are just in business to make money but won't correct mistakes with their shipping and warehouse people. My advice is to avoid Hi Fashion whatever you do. There is something very wrong with that company. Is there a rating less than 1 Star? If so Hi Fashion has earned it.

This is a follow up to the review that I posted on April 5 in regards to a "hifashion" (this is the way this company spells it) treadmill that was sent to me. Just to reveiw my previous review, hifashion sent me the wrong treadmill. The treadmill that I ordered was supposedly a $4,000 treadmill that was being discontinued for 7$25. Of course the "$4,000" add on the Walmart website was an exaggeration if not a downright lie. In exchanging e-mails with this company I can see that the truth is not their best friend. Anyway, I asked them to take back the wrong treadmill but they wouldn't do it. Instead they insisted they sent me the right e-mail because they use different names for their treadmill depending on whether it goes to Europe or the USA. Nonsense. They advertised on Walmart in the USA so obviously that was a lie. But here is the ridiculous thing; this company wanted me to find a box and send it back to them! The thing weighs 185 LBS and FEDEX won't come to your house to pick up anything over a 150 LBS. Of course hifashion claims that the product WAS 150 lbs even though the product description says it was 185 lbs. So, this company wanted me to go to my neighbors to borrow a box!! Are they really adults who run this company? Thank goodness WALMART is an honorable American company and refunded my money. I hope that WALMART gets rid of them. Is there a 0 star I can give them?

This seller is a FRAUD!! SCAMMER!! I know this review will mean nothing to this company but I have been trying to return an item I purchased and keep getting the run around from them. They have offered me 60% refund and keep the item and now its 50% and they refuse to send me a shipping label to return my item. Even if they did I doubt I would get my money back! I wish 0 stars was an option!

I bought one of the Coocheer 5800 chainsaws. About the third use, the little wire clip came off the spark plug. I was able to fix it with a regular spark plug clip. Used it a few more times until in stopped again. Found that the screws came out of the head and blew the head gasket. Trying to find parts or head gasket.

I ordered a dehydrator through Walmart from hifashion. The dehydrator was delivered. It worked 2 minutes, then cut off. Went I turned it back on, it only blew cold air. Contacted the company. Against my better judgement, I agree to have them send me a "fuse". A replacement part did arrive over a month later and after the return date (by design- this is a low life company). It was a heating element. I did replace the heating element. The dehydrator ran for 2 minutes, shut off, and then when turned back on, would only blow cold air. I have been emailing hifashion through Walmart. The communication from hifashion has gone cold. I am out $80 and have no hope of ever being refunded by these scammers. I also, will be VERY careful what I order from Walmart.com in the future. Walmart needs to stop working with low life scammers.

I purchased a chainsaw through Walmart. Com it doesn't work. I have attempted to get a replacement or a refund. Over 2 months and have nether. It is the Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Ordered by mistake. I didn’t realize they were selling a knock off of the washing machine I thought I was ordering. Tried to cancel within 12 hours and it’s a mess. I’m going to refuse delivery. This place is a scam And I will not be ordering from Walmart again. I want a refund but Walmart is as bad as hi fashion
