HBM are dreadful. I ordered two books to be sent to different addresses. I have contacted them numerous times by email and through the purchase website. I have received many emails saying they will get back to me in 24 hours or that they are investigating but months later I am yet to have any actual contact with customer service I give one star only for at least having an automatic email response and proving they exist in some place
