Card was charged, item was "shipped" with shipping number, then delayed.. no response from the seller and item is not on Walmart site anymore. Will try contacting Walmart for refund since the seller doesn't respond. ZERO STARS.

SCAMMERS! Customer Service Chat refunded me. Zero Stars! Please Walmart, anyone who ordered this "Hefty Blanket" please process REFUNDS for all affected IMMEDIATELY as there are probably hundreds of individuals who have forgot they even ordered this scam.

0 stars as previous people stated the company Hefty Blankets is a scam company. I have no idea how Walmart is still allowing them to be a third party vendor. All of their products should be pulled and customers need to be refunded. I order a weighted blanket on Oct 18, 2020 and recieved a fake USPS number then the item was marked as delayed. It is now Nov 28th and they dont respond to any emails.

I had placed an order in October 15, 2020 thru Walmart website, the item was supposedly shipped but then received an email from Walmart saying it was going to be delayed, I have recently got in contact with Walmart November 13, 2020 telling them that this company is scamming people (thanks to Google for the information). Walmart themselves has told me thru chat that they are a market company, the last time tracking was updated on 10/20/2020, and the order got lost in transaction. So please stay away from them, and don't buy from this company. If you have placed an order with Walmart they will give you a refund... hopefully my review will be helpful for people in this same situation.
