DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! INVALID phone number. I sent 5 emails to return an unused product but they never responded. They do not provide an address to make return. Absolutely horrible.

I can't believe I am even leaving a 1-star review. If I could leave NO stars I would. This has been a nightmare. I have sent the seller multiple emails (5 to be exact) to return 2 small lip products and I have yet to hear anything back. I tried to return them to the actual Walmart store and they said I had to do it online and print out my own FedEx label and send it back myself. She said she could possibly print the label for me, but they had been out of paper for ever a week ...say WHAT??!!! Out of paper for a week?? Go walk back to office supplies and get a ream of paper for god sakes!!! After having an online chat with a "walmart representative" she assured me she was sending me the Fed Ex label so I could return the items, but THAT never came either. At this point I don't even care about the $40 I spent, but I've invested so much time into getting this resolved, I need to see it through at this point. Principle of the matter.

Do not purchase these products from these people. Any direct sales company’s products are never available in a big box store, they are only available from their representatives. You’re getting fake products and it’s giving the real products a bad name. You will be paying more and you’ll be getting garbage.

Absolutely awful. I sent an email cancellation within 20 minutes of placing my order once I researched the seller and couldn’t find anything, anywhere about them. They were not responsive to my cancellation email requests and the phone number they provide is not actually theirs. I asked multiple times for a working phone number, as well as a return address so I could ship the product back and never received a response. I told WalMart how unhappy I was about them even letting this seller on their site prior to ensuring they were a legit seller providing accurate information. WalMart refunded my money and I hope this seller is no longer allowed to sell on their site.
