Ordered for Christmas in plenty of time. Order never got delivered. Was marked delivered by the tracking 2 weeks after est. Delivery date . They never responded. Got a refund by Walmart. Won't have item for Christmas.

Ordered 2 switch pro controllers on black Friday. Tracking number never updated. After sending an email to customer service the tracking number magically started to track. I live in NY. They sent my controllers to a house in Texas... Merry Xmas to them I guess. Called Walmart for a refund. HDA is a scam.

I purchased and X Box via Walmart site on Nov 20. Tracking number showed it delivered to Edenburg, TX. on Dec 16th. The shipping address was in Ohio. I contacted Walmart on Dec 18th. The agent said that he was processed a refund. Today is December 31st. Still not refund. I contacted Walmart again. Agent said he processed the refund and should be confirmed in 24 to 48 hrs with posting within 10 Business days. I won't hold my breath.

Shipped my product to the wrong state. Can't find it and now the item is out of stock everywhere. Thanks for wasting my time.
